Hmm as comedy, the king without doubt it's "Fantozzi" expecially the first, it's kinda old but very actual, an other good one is "tre uomini e una gamba" or "i soliti idioti - il film 1"
More dramatic "la vita è bella" on concentration camps, that's a great movie
