If both parents work 8h a day, it's gonna be tough anyways... The easiest was back in the days when one work and the other is at home to take care for the rest, but it's impossible nowadays... I think grandparents really helps huge expecially when kids are sick and you need to take days off work or unpaid days

Hahaha yea that's true, depends on how much help they got from their parents when they were parents too I guess
