You should eat lots of yoghurt. You know why? that is because antibiotics can upset your gut bacteria, which can affect your adrenal health and stress hormones like cortisol, which could make you feel down or depressed after taking a course of antibiotics.

I'm taking some good probiotics, need to buy the yogurts though

Any probiotic and prebiotic are good, I just mentioned yoghurt because it’s the most common, lol. Fermented foods are good too. :)
