Yes someone just drops them there, there are people buying fishes and when they get too big they drop them, those were really big, more than a cat!

More than a cat? What do they really feed on, or do people (passersby) drop them crumbs?
yes people passing there throw crumbs and such in the water and they keep eating all day... when i went close to the water, they came close expecting me to throw food lol
