Yea we are for rent in an apartment that's even small and we don't have enough space with the kid, but everything is so expensive to buy now (350k for a decent alone house)

350k$ for a house? Is this in the US?
Italy, and not for a new fresh built, a new built goes from 400-450k for a semi-detached, a new apartment 250k
Euros BTW, so even more than $🤣
