Staying Motivated
There are those moments in life, where things might not be adding up or basically a task, an effort isn't yielding the expected result; it's just not coming forth or maybe not how much we had expected to see it play out. Much painful is when a lot of resources are deployed into such a thing, a lot of efforts and a great persuasion and hope that this will surely work out. Only then to find it go the other way round. Certainly, such times are ones that will give rise to questions, confusions, weariness—and a major one, the feeling of giving up.

Things could always come up, wrecking havoc to one's intended plans and results, and for some true reasons, there's that feeling of giving it up; especially when this occurs over and over again. At such times, the whole point of doing that thing or embarking on the journey towards that result could seem pointless and a waste of time altogether. Such is the big trick it plays on the mind. The tiredness and weariness of trying severally with no or little fruitful results, or expectations not met, that could be enough to shatter whatever engineered such desires.
Do we then give up? Certainly not. It's said "that good things don't come easily" and "gold is formed when it goes through the fire." I think staying motivated starts for me in the assurance and faith of something beyond my ability, strength, capacity to achieve the intended outcome or result. Such has been a great motivation in times that felt like giving up, already. Knowing that there's a force beyond me that makes it possible, I tend to be able to push on till the goal is reached or achieved.
If what I intended to achieve was important, is it now less important to give up? A big motivational question. The question helps oppose the trick on the mind that it was pointless chasing whatever goal I was after. It makes me see beyond the narrative of the stress and tiredness and weariness; rather, to see the bigger picture and resultant effect for what I was pursuing. If it was a something of value, why then give up, knowing how much value it would add towards the course? So, I see the bigger picture, and look beyond the give up mindset.

Another thing that helps in staying motivated towards a goal to achievements, is seeing that possibility of attaining it. By looking and considering others who have done well and come out with a success in same matter, that will and zeal comes around to keep on. The weakened mind gets strengthened by such realisation, hence more efforts to push on and keep on. There's this empowerment knowing that such a thing could be achieved and some persons are living proof of that. With such, I get a better chance to stay motivated and reach towards the expected result.
When all could seem not to work out, that thing called hope works it out. Amidst all the struggles, weakness, weariness and tiredness, there's that outstanding willingness to push on unto the result hoped for. Many a times, that which we wish to reach as a goal could could seem far and then impossible, but seeing beyond all that in hope can help out.

Staying motivated regardless of how difficult a situation is, that's very hard but when you see others going through the same thing and then end up being victorious and coming out unscarred that's something to be proud of.
"Do we then give up? Certainly not. It's said "that good things don't come easily" and "gold is formed when it goes through the fire."
I agree with these above words of yours
Thank you @daverick for sharing
Yes, the experiences of others can help you prevail in the face of such pressures to give up, you become motivated to keep on going by it.
