Some Good Experiences
For some reason, the year 2025 was a well-anticipated one, I'll say. Maybe it was me, because I tend to look at the number “twenty-five” as one that marked something new and great. For instance, twenty-five years is considered a silver jubilee, and many people when they reach this age they celebrate it very well as one that indeed marks a new chapter.

In light of that, 2025 was a hopeful and anticipated year, kind of. For me at least. It felt like the marking of a new era, or something like that. I remember stepping into the new year and being glad to have made it to this year. Thus far, I've lived to this moment and I'm ever grateful for it. About a month and the year is over.
Some moments defined the lives of many within year. It was either achieving their dreams or aspirations while others could be just something they needed but didn't even see coming. I might not have done much, especially some of the things I really wanted to achieve this year. But guess what? I'm grateful and I have something to say with regard to gratitude and the good experiences from this year.
As I consider what I could say that's a good experience which occurred within the year, I've seen that the tiny bits of result are things to be grateful for. For me, this year marked a step in my growth in skills. I know it has been a tumultuous year so far, especially with all the things happening in the country; things I expressed in a recent post in this community. But there's something good as well to say.
Growth in my skills was something. I was able to work with some people or organisations as a graphic designer and video editor at some point. Currently, I'm hopeful for another. What started as a mere work with a group of like-minded people turned out to be a step towards growth. A step I'm glad I took, though I felt sceptical at first.

Perhaps, it's not a huge one but it's a big deal for me. It adds to my experience as a professional in that field which I believe opens me up to more opportunities in the future. It's about the small steps we take. Something I've come to consider and realise this year. This also caused me to find out new and improved ways of doing some designs. It also taught me more about how to relate with people in this industry and the nature of demands.
It doesn't stop there. My growth also draws to this space. To see myself committed to the writing skill I once didn't consider much except for contests and competitions, this year presented a good reason to be grateful for something like this. It's a wonderful experience that leaves me reminiscing about how I consistently showed up here to share my views and engage with others. It's something for me.
These experiences are what I will remember when 2025-amidst the disturbing events that ravaged the year-is mentioned or comes to mind. Now, I look to the next year with gratitude for this year. Hopefully, greater results will be achieved, both personally and communally in a national sense.

This year has been really good, though I didn't achieve all things that I planned to achieve but, this year really change me into becoming more of myself. And most importantly just as you stated it out, "to always be grateful to God"
