Preferential Power Supply Option

The need for power supply; a good, efficient and sufficient one cannot be underestimated nor denied in our world today. When almost everything needs some form of power supply to put it to use, it's a must do, one can say. Such usefulness has triggered the need to have several forms of power supply available today. Where one doesn't serve, or won't possibly function well enough for the intended needs of the users, an alternative is found available. As such, we've come to have several power supplies available—solar, wind, normal power supply, generators.

These variety of power supplies has given users a preference and choice of which to go for. Reasons could be for the purposes intended, functionality, and availability to a large extent. Such have placed the choices in the hands of users. In this discourse, my preference for either solar, normal power supply and generator will be the normal power supply. Looking closely at the options—considering some of the pros and cons in my case—the normal power supply would be a best option.

Availability could be the major factor for the choices here, and in my case, availability isn't much an issue. Being opportune to find myself in a place power supply light is what you could say readily available, I think this choice counts best. I've seen many adopt the solar or scarcely even, generator due to the poor availability of the normal power supply. At a point, solar was what I considered and hoped for due to the poor power condition where I was. Going for solar or generator as a choice now would rather cost me extra expenses.

With the normal power supply, my use of light will not be limited in some way—except for the fact that it's a prepaid meter system. In the absence of such, I guess I could use light to my fullest need, however, the bills would speak something else for a direct supply. Here then, would the issues with the normal power supply for me. It's availability and ability to serve my basic needs even as a prepaid meter system makes it more of a choice, nevertheless. Since it's just me with some basic needs of mine, this option should fill in well.

Talk about the generator, the cost to purchase a good one now, and then the fueling, would be an overwhelming duty. With the price of PMS which is the fuel for the generator, much could be said to how much that could cost to supply power. Much more, there's a limit to what I can use with it. One which would count a pressing iron and fridge or freezer out of the equation. Hence, isn't much of an option for me.

The solar power supply could be one option to consider as a preference one day. With the availability of good sunlight in my part of the world, it's something to tap from and utilise. It will take some money to purchase and install, sure, but it has the potentials to serve one well. However, I was made to understand that charging phones and laptops with solar power could weaken the batteries. Well, that's arguable; but if it be true, then the choice of a normal power supply will be more of an option.

The truth is every source of power or electricity will cost you money, just go for what works for you and what you can afford.

Yes that's why you consider and do your checks and balances according to your availability.
