Good morning y'all and welcome to today's show where once again I'm in the Kia.. this time heading North.. there's still no sunrise but it should be happening soon.. We're on our way back from Carlsbad.. coffee in hand.. joint in the other. Neither one of really loved the house in Artesia so we're looking at one in Roswell on the drive back..
