Good morning, and welcome to today's show where I am spending my last day in Colorado. The landlord is coming today at two o'clock to do the final walkthrough. So I've got to have everything done by then..

On a side note, I can't believe that @bozz came to Colorado and didn't stop and say hi.. how do I know he was here? Well, I saw his license plate holder..
