Goddamn man. That is about as bad a scene as you can find. I have a friend that is a house inspector and saying black mould to him is like talking about cancer.
Maybe this is a short term curse but will end up being a blessing in disguise? If the insurance company plays nice (they gonna lawyer up on this shit) then you may have your renovation covered for the price of a deductible?
