Bronceado Perfecto

La playa estaba vacía, salvo por la figura de Clara recostada en la toalla. El sol de las 3 quemaba con saña, pero ella no sentía el ardor, solo el hormigueo de la loción SolarGlow absorbiéndose en su piel. "Bronceado perfecto en una hora", rezaba el envase. Clara, influencer con mas de 24k de seguidores, necesitaba ese tono dorado para presumirlo en su próximo video.

A las 4:17 PM, notó que la arena a su alrededor brillaba de forma extraña. Se tocó el hombro: la piel estaba fría, metálica. Luego, al mirarse con la cámara del teléfono, contuvo un grito. Su reflejo brillaba como oro líquido, inmune al sudor y la brisa.

—¡Esto no se quita! —susurró asustada, raspándose el brazo con una llave. Una lámina dorada se desprendió, revelando otra capa idéntica debajo.

Comenzó a leer el instructivo que venia en la caja: "Gracias por probar SolarGlow v2.0. Su dermis ahora es un filtro de nanopartículas. No intente removerse: es su nueva piel."

Clara lloraba frente a la cámara en medio del Live. Los comentarios explotaron: "¡Quiero ese tono!", "¿Dónde compro?". Mientras que sus lágrimas se evaporaban en la alfombra.

Perfect Suntan

The beach was empty, except for Clara's figure lying on the towel. The 3 o'clock sun burned viciously, but she didn't feel the sting, only the tingling of the SolarGlow lotion soaking into her skin. “Perfect tan in one hour,” the packaging read. Clara, an influencer with over 24k followers, needed that golden hue to show off in her next video.

At 4:17 PM, she noticed that the sand around her glowed strangely. He touched his shoulder: the skin was cold, metallic. Then, looking at himself with the phone's camera, he held back a scream. His reflection shone like liquid gold, immune to sweat and breeze.

-This won't come off! -she whispered in fright, scraping her arm with a key. A gold foil peeled away, revealing another identical layer underneath.

She began to read the instruction leaflet that came in the box: "Thank you for trying SolarGlow v2.0. Your dermis is now a nanoparticle filter. Do not attempt to remove: it is your new skin."

Clara cried in front of the camera in the middle of the Live. Comments exploded, “I want that shade!”, “Where do I buy?”. All the while, her teardrops evaporated on the carpet.
