Wow thats a good run! I'm uhh still working up to it. I went for a walk two years ago, then got excited and started running. Went a few blocks then hurt my knee a bit. But I was trying to walk just to the YMCA and back every week or so. If I can get up to 8km a day that would be excellent for my health. I'll do it, thanks for the motivation @steevc !!

I'm happy if I can motivate a few people. I'm doing this for my health, but I also enjoy being out there and there's a nice community around running. I get that not everyone can do it, but we should be active if we can.

I woke up bright and early I thought today will be the day when I share some screenshots of the truth
