Interesting, fair enough. I try to vote as much as I can, but 75% is usually my threshold. With higher HP though I can vote more, and sometimes I am not around for 3 days so it recharges anyways. I will keep this story in mind, thanks!
Yeah, if you are frequently gone, then it might be a good idea.
