Hive is ranked #325 by market cap currently, but I remember when 'this chain' was a solid top 8 coin. When the clear and obvious value of web3 was not only apparent, but rising. I know I wont win too many hearts and minds with this argument, and I won't take for granted the low low prices to accumulate Hive Power. However I will not sit by while the value of our L1 coin falls to 201 Satoshis, today. 0.00000201 BTC for 1 Hive?

As BTC makes new highs, will Hive users value this chain less and less?

21 sats? 1.5 sats? 0.00000000,02? We have a say in this matter. Will you sell for nothing? Less than nothing? A fraction of a speck of nothing? When BTC reaches 1 million dollars, will Hive still sell down to 0.23 USD? A higher HIVE price supports all users and all Hive-Engine tokens, attracting more users to the chain.

We don't need more proposals asking for funds from the pool to buy marketing to drive adoption. Hive needs more Bitcoin reserve held by users in real wallets. Hivvers can value their Hive more, and not sell it for so little Bitcoin. Who actually benefits from Hive staying low? There are a lot of users who just sell sell sell. And fair enough, we all have bills to pay, food to buy, smart trading to make.

I am not critiquing the users as much as the Hive price in Satoshis. We held on for a long time to 2000 sats, 3000 sats, even 4400 sats at times. Obviously, with the Bitcoin price going up forever, Hive will just go down forever, right? Wrong! I hold at 1000 Sats, and will rise to 2000 sats when I have 20,000 HP. Unless we make a conscious choice to value our 'Proof Of Brain' more, the Hive price will just be tossed by the wind and the sea, as traders sell for whatever the current price is.

There's 1251.935 HIVE for sale at 0.239758 HBD right now, and about 6000 HIVE wanting to be bought for 0.237076 HBD each, yes sell us that cheap Hive.
