It's probably a good time to take note of the price of commodities.
At a glance, it looks like natural gas is down -4% but Urals oil is up +4%

Crude oil is $74.040 a barrel, up +20.25% this month.
Brent oil is also up +19.04% to $77.27 USD.

I have a Contractor fellow who could wrangle me a few shipping containers real cheap, cheaper than your quote price, as a replacement garage for my car. He could get 4 containers and Lego snap them together and hook up a 220V electrical. 2x2 bottom 2 for a car each, 2 containers for upstairs storage. Done at less than a third of the cost of a conventional two car garage.
