It's never been about the halvings, those were just adding a little fuel to the fire. These massive price rallies are driven by available liquidity, and that moves in 4-year cycles as well. So a real crypto bull run would actually start when US interest rates move down and there's more liquidity pouring into markets, the n people would start rotating into smaller assets from BTC.

That being said, BTC will continue to thrive. Rather than thinking "bulls aren't as great anymore" I'd actually claim "bears won't be as bad anymore", as BTC treasury companies will continue to add BTC to their balance sheets even throughout bearish times, at least the good ones
