When life hits hard
when life hit hard on you, you're so frustrated,so pained, confused, annoyed, countless mood swings, feeling unloved,the world turning against but i want to let you to know that is moment when you embrace yourself and these are ways you can possibly help yourself
Regular excerise :when we do excerise regularly there are hormones they send to our brain that relieves us of certain mood and frustration.
Studying/Reading : reading books weather online or not can help create positivity and most times you can possibly see you ain't the only in such situation thereby giving hope.
Enough Rest : Times we notice mood swings mostly there are because of lack of rest.when we have enough rest it help calm nerves and those hormones that stimulate anger.
Believe in yourself : Stop hoping on other people for survival because nobody will there for forever.you to survive,stand and face battle on your self.
With these you can possibly be able to overcome all odds and also note this are procedures you can help you self out with. You can also see a professional if needed.
