Feeling overwhelmed, she decided to take some time off. Her boss, noticing her exhaustion and understanding the weight she carried, generously offered her an extra week of leave.

With her newfound time, Janet penned a bucket list—something she hadn’t done in years. At the top of the list: a quiet day at the beach.
There she was, feet buried in warm sand, the ocean breeze brushing her face. A sense of calm washed over her as she sipped her chilled juice parfait and flipped through the glossy pages of a magazine. For the first time in a while, she felt like herself again.
