How do you feel when someone you would have assumed to do better goes the vice?.Be careful of where you stop by, what doesn't add, takes from you and yes, there is no neutrality in this. To be successful, you will have to close your ears against many talks. This is ALL about you understanding where exactly you are going. Some may say you are just trying to make it up or pushing what is unachievable.

To be a little precise here, it could be because they themselves have not been able to ascertain such heights or perhaps discouragement trying to make the most of an opportunity. Sometimes those speaking discouraging words are not actually the ones saying it directly, we are at war with principalities and powers. How confident can you answer the question of what makes you think you can succeed?

Some can quote out your family history for you and if you are not well vested in your visions, it could be the end. I mean, many years of building a project can be summarized in a day courtesy of whom you chose to listen to. Maybe I should put this quick one; if you fail, the blame will still be yours. Yes, if another man’s talk can dampen what you've spent years building then the greater percentage for giving up is from you.

Ok, in this article, I will be speaking faith. It is one of those topics that is undermined, it still boils back to whispers of distractions. Christianity is one of the looked down things and I will not just say in this generation because it has always been so. The moment you just decide to flow with it, many unconstructive words will be channeled to your direction.

Show up every time in church activities and some may feel you are a busy body. Defend your faith and discharge your godly duty even in the public and many may summarize you are doing eye service. Trust me, whispers of distractions are as real as what you can think of. Did you see in the scriptures when Peter rebuked the Lord Jesus and said He shouldn't even think of dying anytime soon.

Jesus had to immediately rebuke him because his advice was in no way constructive. This was Satan walking through Peter to destabilise a divine mission. Another thing you should understand here is how close Peter was to Jesus that you wouldn't expect such words from him. He saw the signs and the wonders, Jesus will always take time to break down parables to his understanding.

Was he not there when Jesus was transfigured at the mountain? How about when the Lord commanded him to come to him by walking on TOP of the waters. When his lack of faith was about to sink him, wasn't it this same Jesus that stretched out a rescuing hand to hold him up?

To conclude, let me add, why am I saying this? The fight is real, darkness is always ready to fight every light in you. He will TRY to set up a platform that can discourage you. Words are of two effects; ‘constructive or destructive’ and hear me well, be very careful of which you decide to sink in. You will be left to answer for yourself whose report you should believe; The Lord's or what Satan has indirectly decided to formulate through things and people around you.

Keep your heart very pure if you have been called into the army of God. Yes, today I am speaking faith and I am not in any way ashamed of it. In short one of the ways to fight off distractions is to speak out yourself, counter everything through the word of God. brothers and sisters, FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT.
