This is one reason I am trying to push my business to become a brand, individualism does not take you anyway. You can be very calculated. I have been throwing in some business tips recently and I hope many get to read and apply. If ALL that makes you money is what you do, the fact is that you are stuck.
It can be one dangerous thing that you will live to regret for a very long time. I mostly spend my time to weigh things out and ask why?. You know you can either learn by experience or knowledge. I love the latter, nevertheless, there have been periods where the first was applicable.
Yesterday I talked about how not thinking long term was my early mistake in the world of investment. It seems there is enough distance until you realize four or five years has closed in. In this article we will be delving into one of those financial flaws that keep people limited for a long time.
Being self employed is can be good but staying self employed has its long term flaws. Many are earning something better but the challenge remains they will always have to be there (workshop or office) to earn that payment.
Most of the time while taking a stroll I always like to look around and learn. There are many businesses currently I would have ventured into and make some cool bucks yet the challenge remains making it enter my head. If it does, I am in big trouble. Currently, I am trying to reshuffle my business to meet up with many things.
The fact is that our sector of operation is very energy demanding (both internal and external). It is a very lucrative brand setup anyway when you can get just the right customer’s attention.

My entire idea as an entrepreneur is to grow this brand to a point I can bring in reputable people; maybe sell some shares and get it elsewhere to continue investments. I just love owning shares of companies and projects. We should understand where the future is heading; micro-payments, those who are not seeing it will be slacking. I won't be going deep into that, I have covered that topic some time ago.
So where are we heading to in this article? Simple, what do you do? How long will you continue doing it and what is your maximum energy which equals your maximum daily worth. It has been one of such inconveniences we just faced in our apartment. Someone was paid to come and refurbish our Kitchen (tiler) and he failed to show up. It was one of those things my brother told me earlier that when this guy gets the money, he may not show up for this work on time.

It happened just as he predicted, I wasn't surprised anyway. I am in the field of business; not that I am in support of disappointment, no. The fact is we are living in a country where almost every self employed in the area of skill is diversified. What do I mean here; someone can be both a tiler and a plumber and still have some special duty job to keep up with.
How does he meet up? The red light is already showing, most of the time all they will have to do is secure a job and do them later to avoid that opportunity passing them by. It is always at the inconvenience of the service demander. You see why I decided to focus on building a brand, without this you will always be running on limited opportunity and disappointing clients here and there.
You will have poor revenue and your daily pause/wages can be easily predicted. After all, you can be in one place at a time. That's the big difference between an expansive entrepreneur and a self employed; who is siloed while the other is very flexible. An entrepreneur must be ghostlike; in many places, doing many things at the same time while also saving himself time.
To conclude, let me add, the world of financial growth and freedom can be very tricky. One needs to differentiate between daily survival and growing wealth. The later is the idea but it comes with a cost of setting up a business that has standards.
It is never advisable to depend on your sheer strength day in and day out. If you can't own something big, invest in something big; the idea is to make money while sleeping or relaxing and also keeping a good business reputation.
