Top security considerations
There is a need to consider, almost everything is moving into the digital space. Real world assets are the next big move and we can't currently quantify these figures. Many have tried to make such assumptions but I can say that is just not enough. How much is the entire Earth worth? This question is far beyond human figures.
The next question here is security, how are we looking at asset safety. Ok, we have seen blockchain technology stepping up. More importantly, we can consider such in the web3 ecosystems due to true ownership. Has what has been currently put in place enough to curb pending future damages. From my end I will say NO.
Why you may ask? Simple, a computer program obeys the highest bidder, this is what I have come to realize. Why is a system always breached, it is because someone of a higher coding just inputted a new command that altered the former. I know many anti- hacking programmers are also coming up to close this gap but we have to also understand the era we are moving into.

Yes, this is not the era of thinking both manual, half digital and also slow. We are talking of a hybrid ecosystem here. Have you considered how damaging artificial intelligence can be when it comes to hacking? Maybe I should adjust the English right; have you considered how humans can misuse AI to cause economic damages. I still hold on to my saying; if AI goes bad, hold humans responsible.
Consider what a technology that is trained to write a program on its own can do. This article is not to create digital presence fears but rather the needed awareness; bad actors will leverage AI to make victims out of many. We are talking of AI and easy security breaches here. How many minutes would it take you to decode a six digit PIN to accuracy. Maybe forever.
The reverse is the case here, we are talking of nano seconds pin decoding. In short, be it passwords that have inclusive characters there is a need to worry. Whatever can be typed in through the computer keyboard, AI has access to it. What I am saying here is that even keys and seeds may become vulnerable in the presence of high dimensions AI applications.

ecosystems to worry most about are those that never trigger a lock account after many attempts. I can say that even the Hive ecosystem is in short of these.
I can remember how I failed to put in the right keys and for countless times I was ignored until the right keys were introduced. A good one anyway when considering how complex these keys are in terms of easy tracking. Comparing human knowledge and current tech, this is near impossible to decode.
How will the entire scenario look like when someone is attempting to log in to your account somewhere and there was never a prompt for you to make necessary adjustments. Does this mean that some web3 consensus mechanism will have to be adjusted in the near future to fit in in terms of top security. As I earlier said, this article is to create the necessary awareness; ignorance will not solve any problem here.
To conclude, let me add, advancement is knocking on our doors and the need to be conscious and cautious ahead of time is very mandatory. Artificial intelligence is here and even at its early phase we are already seeing its impact. What will it look like in the next five years? Let's even expand to 10 years or two decades from NOW.
A lot of disruptions will take place in the process. Illicit actors will definitely rise and here is where every early adjustment is important
The security department will have to step up and the earlier this is done, the better. We know how knowledge is normally passed; ‘experience or wisdom’. Personally, in the fast pace of technology and the reliance on digital space in this era, I will say the latter should be prioritized. Many are keeping almost ALL their investments online.
