The rule of web3 is; Stay!
You can build an empire for yourself in web3 if you want to. At first many thought the world was noisy until the Internet came and the noise became even noisier. It was more like a Ripple effect and many things scaled up. Advancement in technology was the follow up. Smart phones have taken internet experience to another level. The debate currently is the benefits; something that some are still ignorant about.
Don't beg anybody to do what they don't want to, you will in the process be making matters worse. At least I can say I have introduced two people into this platform and both have not generated positive feedback. The first did put out an introduction post and that was all. Maybe the first upvotes wasn't that satisfying
The second, he just took his keys, saved it and till date, I haven't even seen an intro post. I guess the entire keys thing seems complicated. Comparing this with the web2 world you can see that it is different. What many fail to understand is that what they see as an easy to do environment in the web2 world is void of ownership. It is more like saying, keep all my credentials and approval so I get some easy steps logins in the process. Many may not understand the importance of both privacy and ownership until the then.

Anyway, we still hope for some easier ways to go around the web3 ecosystems. It would have made the new user experience a come back. It is something I have seen with InLeo frontend; at least you get to wrap a password for an instant log in. The same too with PeakD. Was it an easy experience for me when I joined? Of course not, I was finding it difficult with the tags and post uploading. I would have given up if I wanted to but what kept me was a determination to stay.
The friend that introduced me to this ecosystem was quite surprised after a while. I could remember when he said he was never even expecting me to last this long when I understood the fact that you could get poor curation in the process as a newbie. Personally, one of the things that kept me was the urge to learn. At least if you are not earning big, learn big.
This ecosystem is an open well of life transforming information. If I were to discuss technology with some of my friends, although they spend most of their time on social media (web2 to be specific), I am sure I would beat them.
If you want to make the most out of web3, there is nothing fascinating than you having the composure or discipline to stay. It can be difficult as I said, especially when you have a ready-made environment like web2 with so many things to throw into your phase and take your attention. Many spend hours flipping through their phone screen without having anything to add to their personal growth.

The bait here is UX, something that this succeeding web is still struggling with. The old timers (web2) platforms have this upper hand currently when it comes to both UI and UX. They have really put a lot into the infrastructures of their ecosystem.
There is nothing to lose for them I guess in such a massive investment; they are the gatekeepers. Consider what data currently is; the new oil.
To conclude, let me add, on the other hand, Web3 is much concerned about self building. At least I can say this from my experience with Hive.
The structures without doubt still need improvement. The fact is, even web2 did not show up better from day 1, it took time and needed processes. If we can turn our attention to building out a free internet and social media environment for ourselves it will be a big thumbs up.
Many are complaining of how they are going to survive the era of AI job squeeze. I guess this technology is showing up at an appointed time. How many are enjoying work from home and ‘be your boss experience’ from web3?
This is going to have its domino effect and those who are early signal pickers will scale their income. There is much to consider, we are talking of a decentralized investment environment. Adding to that, investment is even made easy (exclusivity is avoided) and also is high investment capital. If you want to make the most of web3, practice delayed gratification.
