The new teacher
One of the brilliance of technology has been artificial intelligence. I don't know what will outpace it anytime from now but it has been an invention of the century if you are to ask. I mean, how does a software program get to relate with a human as a colleague. Better put, even more functional and efficient than many colleagues. There are a lot of things one can currently achieve at ease and one of such is learning.
A mathematical teacher teaching French, a music teacher teaching chemistry. A biology teacher teaching government. Or, perhaps, one teaching ALL. I am just trying to get the mixture and how weird it can sound. In a human setting this indeed can sound bizarre and totally impossible.
How does it always play out when you find out that a new teacher is taking over a subject or course? From my own experiences, it can depend on the relationship you had with the former. Maybe he was always too harsh on you, a flocking type, a no nonsense type, his teaching patterns were difficult to digest and so on. Or it could be the vice, a teacher that makes learning seem a hobby that you stick closer to your books your books than ever.

To even raise the standards, artificial intelligence is here, a technology I would like to tag; ‘the new teacher’. I was trying to cover some physics exercise when I ventured into some calculations that seemed very complicated. The question was answered along the way but it was still very confusing to me.
Who do I ask from here? I had to confirm the calculations with AI chats and yes it was correct. Have you ever felt AI is a kind of ‘ghost inside a machine?’. I had to test my curiosity, his time around, I was breaking into the middle of a solved mathematical problem to ask why and how we got this.

To conclude, let me add, maybe the idea of AI making people dumb will not stand for all. Yes, being dumb will remain a choice. AI is already opening everyone up for a free home teacher. Beyond even saying a new teacher; ‘an all in one new teacher’. When you thought you could learn and become anything on YouTube, what then will you say about AI? We are really entering into the era of learning never stops, just be prepared to absorb.
