Starting well, finishing strong
There are some financial articles I would have loved to cover due to some recent research I was undergoing. I slept off last night after getting tired and crafting that article became one of those forgone alternatives. I was planning on doing so this morning but something came up and I want to emphasize on that; everyday lived is an article I guess.
The year is starting very positively, I didn't see this one coming; my ‘keep it positive’ motto showed up. Strange favors is activating itself already. Running a business can be very hectic, no man is an island of knowledge I guess. Ok, let's live guessing behind, this is a huge fact. Sometimes I just think of how to find the right people who can blend into this business so that we can drive the needed success.
I wrote about our contact worker we just brought in late last week. To Be more precise, I think it was in the last three weeks of December. When it comes to efficiency, speed, quality delivery and exposure I have to give him a thumbs up for that. It can be very difficult to retain such a worker when looking at our current work stage.

His idea was to first stay with the company and make use of our machines while also helping us out a little in our pressurizing ember season workload. It was a little difficult for him I could understand, having to work for someone and also trying to increase your daily income by doing some side businessing can be hectic, adding to that when you don't have the required tools, convenient environment and efficient electricity.
The way you treat people matters; everyone is looking for where he/she is valued. His three weeks with the company has given him confidence he can work full time with us. Maybe you didn't get it straight; he just resigned from his former workplace and wants to build this brand with us.
A contract worker of his experience turning into a full time worker is an opportunity that has come out way early enough nough. Better put, we will not be directly paying him, the idea is to open the company up for him to do his side business; individual sewing while in general also involving himself in the daily company demands.
Keeping the office very busy has been one of those things I have been thinking of especially with few workers, most of them which are affiliates. We have been missing some business opportunities because of lack of readymade workers and efficiency also. Adding to that, we have turned down some apprenticeship and training programs last year; some we will be leveraging this year.

My co-partner is not that steady in the office and me on the other end, I have other daily activities to meet up with. It gets very hectic most times. Managing a multipurpose brand with few workers can be very stressful.
We will in the process have to bring in some new machines to make the brand very welcoming to him. Aside from just him, the idea is how we can produce without having to touch other business premises. It always causes work delays. In short, we are aiming for mass production this year and we will need these machines to cut costs as we plan to market at affordable prices.
To conclude, let me add, I will have to first hold a meeting with my co-partner and later hold a general meeting so we can analyze a lot of things. My idea is how to establish mutual benefits while we keep pushing this brand to new grounds. This year indeed is starting well and indeed by the help of God which we are seeing already, we will finish strong. Another thing I have to admit is that we need each other.
The truth is, the most valuable assets are humans. No matter how people may have wronged you, you need to always aim to find the right people. I have had some experiences, nevertheless, we must open this company up for growth and risk is involved in the process. Right people working on the right project makes success inevitable. Let's see how the next 12 months will look like. If you are to ask me, ‘I KEEP IT POSITIVE’.
