To be very sincere, I always love to see those big company names in sport T-shirts. It is always a big motivation to me. We should know what this means, of course it's collaboration and sponsorship. The key thing to note here is that this move opens up a big door to advertisements. Any business aiming for success knows the importance of having many eyes. I have really been dealing with the issue of advertising this year in my articles.

As an upcoming entrepreneur, I need to apply the needful strategy to surface. Success in business is also a two way action if I should say. What do I mean here? You need to impact people to in turn impact your business. It is people that tell others about your impacts and draw them closer.

I am working on how to start impacting the sport industry (at least locally for now). I just want our brand name to stand out so we can be able to drive the needed traffic we need even under a chaotic economic situation in the country. My plan was to arrange a sponsored sport activity by our company this year end. Seems a very good move, of course money will be involved to make this a fruition. This is something I will start working on early enough, maybe from August and manifest it in December, not bad.

But wait! How about an early test run to see how far we can go? What am I saying here? My plan is to host a table tennis competition, this is something that I can at least control the crowd to see a successful hosting. Nevertheless, I am making another decision this morning. It is something I have been planning of but it seems it will no longer just be a plan, it will be executed and to be much better, a means to test run my December plans.

There happens to be a group of people within my area that love playing chess. It is not actually that they are jobless, no, they use it to while away their leisure times. Trust me, I have been taking my time to monitor each of them. I wouldn't spend my time and money on any set of lazy fellas. They often play it near my business premises and I want to give them a surprise package this Easter. It will be our first ever sport competition sponsorship and I am very excited about this.

I haven't told them yet nor have I even discussed it with my copartner. I know both parties will welcome this idea. I just wanted to first share it here to get some advice from pros who have been in the field of sponsoring a project before and perhaps anyone who would also love to sponsor my little moves. Particular, I await an advice from @tengolotodo about these moves, he is a pack of experience. Maybe this is why he tags himself 'the mad scotsman (don't know if this nickname still stands, Hahaha).

That said, the cost of running that tournament is very affordable, I will also be able to control the crowd (they are matured people). Also, it won't take me much time to conduct this tournament. Meaning, I could choose to be absent throughout the entire tournament (maybe show up in the opening and closing matches of the tournament to present their rewards.

Talking of rewards, I am planning to give out a cash price to both the first and runner up. Of course cash prices won't be the same and also adding, the first position will go home with a branded T-shirt by us carrying our company name, logo and what we do (don't miss out in the advertising, it was one of the reasons we hosted the tournament).

I am working on making it a league game since they are not many so that all of them can face each other and the best two will automatically qualify for the finals. It should be a one week thing but the impact will be much. I know they will also tell some of their friends about it who will come out to watch them compete. This will be the first edition and of course I plan to make it a continuous event over the years depending on how impacting it will be to them and my business.

To conclude, let me add, I welcome all your ideas and contributions on how to see this tournament through. I am loving this moves and who knows, very soon, we may have to be transacting in Hive or LEO as our payment process. I know very well that these moves will attract many youths from which we can introduce them to web3 and Hive in particular. As I will always say, entrepreneurs will thrive Hive if we get the sponsorship and needed encouragement. Till then, I will be keeping you all updated.
