There is a continuous increase in vile living and misconduct. It is something I feel everyone should be looking into. The idea of 'mind your own business' does not apply to everything. There are facts to this and one of them just as earlier stated is an vile living with bundles up a wide spread of increase in crime waves. Take for instance, ALL this teenagers that room the street so indisciplined, how did they come about? Of course, they did not just fall from the sky, someone gave birth to them. To be more precise, two individuals came together. So where are these two always when their experiment manifests?
One of the continents that has been hit hard with this is Africa, parents keep giving birth to children as if it is a competition. When you look at most of their standard of living, there is literally nothing to write home about. When one has a low means of income, no assets and is struggling to feed himself on a daily basis, is this not already Enough advice that there is a need to curb birth rate? In the end, they give these children no proper attention, no home training and social education, malnutrition and the rest. The summary is that these children grow up wild.
I heard of such a report concerning North Korea that a whole family is punishable for a single individual's offense. Looking from the government pattern of that country, one can say it is one tough place for its citizens no doubt, many TRY to escape this inconveniences but the cost will be the family you left behind. Ok, let's move forward, my idea is not to make other countries like North Korea but I think there is a need to adopt this kind of transferable judgment. What I mean here is this, every child's misconduct should be traced down to their parents to be part of the punishable offense.

Does this seem harsh? My concern is a safer economy, something that many parents are very careless about. If it becomes a punishable offense by law, won't they sit up. So if one wants to give birth to a dozen children, he should be ready to be arrested a dozen times and more. The way out is simple, sit down and properly train them or on the other hand, manage the numbers more efficiently. There is a high increase in crime waves due to these untrained teenagers littering the street.
Both individual and government facilities are not safe. The recent I witnessed was two thirteen year old children cutting off the Earth cable of just newly erected street lights in my area. Cutting off those earning cables makes those street lights vulnerable to thunder strikes. What was their intention, sell it to scrap buyers for dime so they could flex their street life with it. It was something to be amazed and annoyed too. This new street light was just commissioned a day earlier. They were caught and about to be handed over and talks came up.

While some say you can't really blame them though, the economy is harsh and they have to survive. When did a thirteen year old child have to fend for himself? So many of such talks were also raised until one man stepped up to clear many doubts. His statement was simple, 'the parents should be held responsible', they are too careless about child upbringing. He added, a parent/caregiver can't say he or she doesn't know his child is into any illegal activity when he has handed him over to leave life as it pleases.
There was so much sense in here, your child leaves the house and comes back late at night at such a tender age and you do nothing to curb that. They come back to sleep without food; where do you think they ate from? Are you still saying you know nothing? How about those extra buck you saw them with, they have no job and you know about that. It is just one painful talk because it is the neighborhood that keeps suffering this fate.
In conclusion, I feel strict laws should be enforced to monitor parent-child upbringing. Secondly, measure should also be taken to curb birth rate. If your standard of living is equivalent to a single child, that's all you should have. If the government should mount such surveillance, I feel a lot of difference will be felt in the society. When a child starts being a danger to society at thirteen, what happens when he doubles up? Is this still none of my business?.

most governments and societies have little time to deal with such issues
But it is something very mandatory, this is where society unsafely stems from.
