This is me just suggesting, in actuality this will cost me some extra time tomorrow unless, just unless a wonder happens. It could be my co-partner stepping in to assist or an assistant worker. Our industry is one that requires process. For instance, the laundry department, you will have to wash, iron, package and finally deliver. I can even consider the activities picking it up.

How about the sewing department? Converting a material to a wearable piece is not any joke. Aside from just sewing, this is not tailoring but rather fashion designing. A customer or client wants to see that standard in whatever you produce. So the pressure here is not just about delivering on time but ‘delivering quality on time’. This is why atimes I can't push my contract worker too much to avoid error. Of course this will be a loss to us as we will have to hurriedly source out for a material replacement when standard is not met.

Maybe I should talk about the branding sector. The calls to and fro is also something to note of. Currently, we are working mainly with our affiliates on branding services since they have more machines and more hands than us. My idea is although I may seem a middleman is to keep it at a fair and competitive pricing. This is where it gets difficult as most times my affiliates want to get on my nerves.

They can send a general price for you on a service and you will have to start the explanation over with the fact that you are an affiliate. This delays me concluding a deal over here and I can say I have lost some deals because of such misunderstandings.

So the story is very clear, anyway you chose to turn me to, there is work. We are working on business expansion and scalability this year.

This is something that will need strategy; have you ever woken up to consider what to do exactly; either to think or the work?. Of course both are work and the one I need most NOW is the former. Yes, I need enough time to think.

Nevertheless, it seems I am not getting such a fair share; urgent bulk services have been flying in, something we ALL prayed for to be in consistency. With that, it will help easily ascertain new revenue marks and bring in external hands. A good entrepreneur responds to demand in the long run and not instantly. We are not conclusive yet on our monthly workflow; something I am currently studying.

Did I mention I am on entrepreneurial training; my evenings have been choking for the past five days. I paid for the mentorship training and I guess I should do justice by following up the entire class. Aside from just marking days, I will have to learn and apply everything. We are talking of high income skills opportunities here.

To conclude, let me add, I went out a little early this morning to meet up with something and I am back. Where should I start from; office demand on laundry or sewing. How about going through some of the voice notes that I missed in the training? Maybe I should start by putting out an article. How about taking a rest after seeming very workaholic for some days NOW. Ok, at least I have succeeded with an article, what comes next? Maybe a little break.
