Everyday hustle
It has been a marathon for me these days. In short, it's getting to a month NOW, trying to meet up with expectations as a small scale entrepreneur can be very demanding. When putting cost cutting into full consideration especially with the rise of products and commodities in this part of the nation you'll get to know more. It's good to be a big company when talking of employing so many hands to get it things done easily. We'll get there soon, till then, ALL hands are on deck. We have been working on revamping and restructuring the whole business and it is one heck of a ride.
Moving it from its former location adds to that, how do you meet up old customers demands? You know they are very important in the sustenance of the business. Distance seems far from them yet I am not relenting on making sure they get the best from the company. The idea would have been to employ many hands yet it comes at a cost; cost of keeping them active and how efficient will they be. You know many people just work for the money and nothing else. None of their business if the company should go bankrupt after all, it's not their company. When you've worked so effortlessly to keep your vision you'll become very careful when picking those who wish to work with.

I feel I should get a break now, just as I once wrote, rest is an asset. Nevertheless, who will understand the business at this early stage than me? It will all end when this company grows big and that's exactly why I know although I feel much wearied I should push further. That is the main idea behind the revamping; to push business into it's ext phase. When you have an incorporation mentality as an entrepreneur you have to show resilience all the way. Truthfully speaking, I have always dreamed of owning not just a company but a group of companies and if I so demand it, this season is a no back down.
'Once for all' is my current mentality. How I will love to retire early, or you think I love waking up everyday in chase of this so-called money. I don't like being enslaved by this 'transactional currencies' called money. I have seen many work their entire life for it and it's a must avoid for me. Is there no other thing more to get out of life than to wake up early and sleep late?. Many think this is what makes you a man, that's for them as for me one word defines this; 'toiling'. So how will I avoid this? Why do you think I am pouring my youthful age and strength into entrepreneurial activities? There is a price for everything, even free cheese are found on mouse traps.
Creating a system
That's the entire idea here, the needed secret to financial freedom is a system. Without one you'll keep being tossed around. This is one reason I chose to move my business from its former location. Starting business new, there were a lot of individual flaws I must admit. I lacked standard, couldn't say no when I needed to, didn't keep the vision as clear as it needed to. You can't blame me much, waking up one day to dare dangerous waters in an environment where people don't see your entire potential can seem a little deterring. When everyone thinks you should get good grades to secure a better job and your vision contradicts, you are out to show individual working.
Have you been there before? Welcome to the hood. 'Every plan a man has unless he succeeds is foolishness'---dani-asi. I can't boast I made the right decisions just yet, my results will have to speak better. We all have what we see individually and our instinct will always drive us that direction. I have undergone a series of learning and unlearning just to get better. I know exactly what I want and I am not ready to be talked out by anyone. The world is changing globally with opportunities for new entrepreneurs to flourish. All I have to do is be ready for what is coming. I have seen successful academicians who have climbed the ladder to their expected heights. Kudos to them; I guess I am one guy that admires a different paper. Do I look foolish, just as earlier said, time will tell.
To conclude, let me add, the hustle is before me. Anytime I tell my friends I am of the street they tend to laugh. They'll always tell me dani, you don't look like the street, you are sound upstairs. Ok fine, my street comes with packaging. Many people believe the streets are for the morons, a big mistake; big business tycoons have risen from the street and there is not much time to venture into that. Anyway I will always advise just as I will say to myself, 'dani, no man has the master plan, if you've seen your vision clearly then let nothing blur it'. It's your life to live, the things that will bring you your needed satisfaction and accomplishments should be prioritized. Time is so unique to beat around the bush. If professional career suit you, go for it and if in the other hand you feel you can own and handle a big corporation, let nothing also stop you. Remember, you are not foolish yet, the result will conclude.
