Early means extra time
I am doing some necessary readjustments. I have been centering on life facts that lead to growth in my recent articles. Maybe I will also be doing something similar in the Next. Taking needed responsibility is not something that should be ignored.
That old saying comes in here very effective; ‘there is time for everything’. A time to plant and a time to harvest, a time to go out and a time to come in. Let me broaden it more here; ‘a time to wake up early and a time to wake up late’. Yes, you heard me right, if you misconfigure this two sets time then you will be facing a lot of slackings.
We ALL aim for a brighter future and it all boils down on how we can utilize our given time. 24 hours start seeming not enough as you grow, I have been there before. More life demands start getting in and it seems you are not able to meet up. Before going any further let me add here; speaking of life demands you have to know that some things are very unneedful.
You will have to first scrape them out before even thinking of making a positive step. Let's take for instance, you spend 3 to 4 hours daily watching movies, spending hours on outings with friends, gisting, scrolling through your phones daily and so on.
In the process you will get exhausted, sleep late and wake up late. In the late morning, you will be scrambling to meet up other life demands and it seems you are always behind. Let me remind us; this same 24 hours, others have used it wisely to gain financial freedom. You can re-read it, I just want it to sink down into you. Maybe it will be that recharging to take the bull by the horns.

So what makes you sleep late? Irrespective of even sleeping late, you have to learn the skills and necessities of waking up early. My concerns in this article really goes to the upcomings (youths to be precise). You can recall in my earlier paragraph how I said, ‘a time to wake up early and a time to wake up late’. It all boils down on how you prioritize the first which will birth the later.
Prioritize growth, put all your needed youthful strength to make sure you settle your future. There are days much strength won't be left anymore on you. It is only a pity this is when many start to practice what they should have ended.
This is something I have had to draw back myself to. There are many responsibilities that I have to currently meet up with daily. Talking of responsibility, I have attributed to relevant ones. I have had to trim so many excesses. This was something I told my brother and business co-partner; stop spending your time watching movies, this is not that time anymore. I had to let him understand there is still a lot to learn in the world of investments.
There are market trends to study both in the online and offline space. The future will belong to those with this ahead knowledge. Spending time reading financial books is an added advantage.

Coming back to myself, I could remember in my working days (still working anyway but this time as a self employed), I used to wake up by 5 A:M to meet up. Yes, I slept late too, reaching the house by 10:PM and Moving out by 5:AM of course requires discipline. Ok, my salary was at stake and this gingered me to meet up.
The reverse has been the case when I became self-employed. I sleep late no doubts yet I can't wake up early anymore. When you have the privilege of opening your office by 8:AM it can be a big trap. I have lost sense of early enough timing and I am working it out to get back there. Consider what it means to wake up by 7:AM, there is not much time for self reflection and necessary target setting.
A single call can destabilize you, depending on how business will move on that day. I have lacked those extra breathing space in the process. It has not in any means been encouraging. So my plan has been to get back to 5:AM. It will not be an easy task since I had to drop the habit some time ago.
I have found the need for it. I was able to wake up very early the day before yesterday and the advantages were numerous. I could set up myself early to meet up with so many demands.
To conclude, let me add, securing extra time can boost your daily output. Prioritizing effective use of time should be a habit. A time will come when there will be that much enough time to sleep. I have to admit, I have not gotten there yet. Till then, I will have to train myself to sleep late and wake up very early. Every extra is currently very needful
