I was planning to take at least a break today. I know what you are thinking, how on Earth should you be thinking of a break. I was in the office throughout yesterday and it was a busy one too. This was me strategizing on how to get work loads out very early ahead of the week. I also had an evening meeting that summarized my whole day into the night..

When you have a rest time around 4:AM, many things can be running through your head as concerns to work as the day breaks. This mentality of being self employed is just a small window from my own views especially as concerning sole proprietorship and SMEs. **The idea is always that being self employed, you choose when to work. In an office of few workers, the actuality is that workload chooses when you work unless you are ready to disappoint as many as possible and you know how this can translate towards your business reputation.

It is one of such scenarios that I am facing right NOW because we have emergency laundry services to pull out. Other factors to consider; poor general electricity circulation and an increased fuel pump prices.

First, I have to consider professional pricing as the cost of energy has increased while on the other hand, we have to deliver. There is a reason a customer chooses your brand and you shouldn't make light of such choices.

So yes, break time (or assumed break time) is over. I am heading right back to where I left off yesterday. I must say, I really have to connect many dots for this company so that I can have extra time for myself.

It boils back to expansion; something that will need a reasonable extra capital from my calculations. It may have to be a more strategic and wider workspace, more equipment, apprentices, contract workers and in the process, we can be pushing the bigger contract.

There is a saying; ‘a big money does it professional business by itself’. I have to lay the grounds if actually I need some extra nap time.

To conclude, let me add, here we go again and I am keeping everything positive. I wasn't able to Thread early enough concerning this new week. As my old saying goes and if you know Dani very well.
