AI has no side effects

I know some people will think I am out of my mind. Maybe there will be a reconsideration as we continue in this article. Have you ever eaten stupor? How did it go after that? At least I can tell of such experiences I had, I felt so inconvenienced. Nothing was interesting, it was difficult to even sleep and I felt as if I should just vomit everything out to get the needed body standard. But I thought food was a source of energy; adding to that, it is what keeps you nourished.

Let me give another example, have you ever gotten drunk? Ok, the liquor was just going down smooth and before you knew it, you were staggering to stand. You were rushed down to your house if you did not even embarrass yourself beyond what you imagined. A plate of food wouldn't have done you any damage nor would a Glass of wine. The center talk was that you over consumed and it brought about side effects.

I keep on saying, it is humans that spoil things. Was drinking a technology or even a meal? No but it did have side effects. Does this mean we should no longer be eating? Of course not, it is ALL centered on why you choose to eat; for strength or gluttony.

Let's come back to artificial intelligence, many are seeing so many threats this technology is presenting already. Most of it is a fight to stay relevant in the labor market as humans. This is something I have talked about severally, AI will take the work industry and I will keep repeating it. There is nothing bad about this, in short, I would love this to happen even faster. Many people’s mentality needs to be revived.

That aside, we are seeing many talking of how AI will promote many bad acts. Maybe the English is just right, ‘it will promote’ rather than do it itself. Whatever AI will promote will be as the results of the backend (humans) behind the scene. In the future, there will be a rise of self generating videos. Will AI demand you visit a pornographic site or demand for such videos? No, it was your lust that pushed you.

The side effect is humans exploiting this technology. The future of technology is behind the masterminds. Artificial intelligence is one technology that has potentials, at least from my day to day little research, I have to admit it has salvaged me in several occasions. I just introduced a friend to ChatGPT and within a week he was whoowed at what he could do just interacting with this technology.

He was able to easily resolve so many piling assignments and in the process has been digging deeper into this technology. What he will get out of it is entirely dependent on what he will be demanding from it.

There will always be bad players and users in every system. I guess that's humans for you. Programmers, hackers, illicit businesses, scammers and many such others will TRY to leverage this technology for the wrong purposes. Even the governments will be involved in this; as I earlier said, it depends on who is wielding this technology.

To conclude, let me add, trying to fight AI is trying to be siloed. The right question to ask is how you intend to use it. With so much ready-made data at your finger tips, you can really do much. In such, if we apply this technology properly, it will help alleviate poverty; something that has been ‘a process thing talk’. It is all about collaboration; consider what AI in partnership with web3 can unfold.

There is much to talk about but I will love these few words to sink deep into you; ‘if the future of AI actually gets dark, it was and will never be AI itself’. The greed of men, as we speak, aren't the big companies working so hard to clone this system?. The struggle for power and dominance is even setting in at its early stages. So individually or collectively a false flag on AI will be triggered by humans.
