Hola amigos de la comunidad blanco y negro! Qué gusto poder compartir con ustedes mi viaje hacia la población de Carúpano en Venezuela. Hoy les presento mi entrada al concurso #MONOMAD del 6 de febrero - edición XXXL . Se trata de un cementerio que me encontré en la vía y me llamó mucho la atención. Pensé mucho las emociones que quedan en el cementerio, de tantas personas que dejan a sus seres queridos sembrados allí y más aún de los que van cada semana a depositar la esperanza de volverlos a encontrar en el más allá.

Hello friends of the community Black and white! What a pleasure to share with you my trip to the town of Carúpano in Venezuela. Today I present you my entry to the #MONOMAD contest of February 6 - XXXL edition. It is about a cemetery that I found on the road and it caught my attention. I thought a lot about the emotions that remain in the cemetery, of so many people who leave their loved ones planted there and even more of those who go every week to deposit the hope of finding them again in the hereafter.
Nuestro culto a los muertos se remonta a la cantidad de años que tiene de existencia la humanidad y en estos lugares tenemos la memoria urbana de nuestros pueblos, pues allí están los que han pasado por la vida de las ciudades y han dejado su obra, con poca o mucha importancia, han dejado algo con que recordarlos.
Our cult to the dead goes back to the number of years that humanity has existed and in these places we have the urban memory of our towns, because there are those who have passed through the life of the cities and have left their work, with little or much importance, they have left something to remember them by.
Aunque suene siniestro, cada camposanto tiene su encanto, pues allí podemos observar la forma en que las familia cuidan de sus familiares fallecidos, son la muestra del amor y el cariño que les tuvieron en vida, eso se refleja en el cuidado hacia las lápidas, tumbas o nichos que están presentes en el lugar.
Although it sounds sinister, each cemetery has its charm, because there we can observe the way in which families take care of their deceased relatives, they are the sign of the love and affection they had in life, that is reflected in the care towards the tombstones, tombs or niches that are present in the place.
