Updates on HBDSTATS.COM | HBD Balance in Savings Chart Added

I have made an updated on the HBDSTATS.COM and added the chart for the HBD balance in savings.
This was requested from a few users like @edicted and @taskmaster4450.

Note that while the data for the current debt is live and up to date, while the data for the HBD balance in savings is updated with a small lag of a few days.

The data for HBD in savings starts from the beginning of the interest rate increase, back in 2021.

I have also made the necessary updated for the mobile view, to make sure it shows nice and beautiful on mobile.

Will continue to update this with more info as time progress, and hope it is something useful for everyone.
