That is my take on it. There are so few companies that are involved in robotics that manufacture. Even a company like Google isnt in the game. Might excel in the digital world but when it comes to real products, nada.
Exactly – tech giants like Google crush software but flop on hardware. Tesla's vertical integration is their secret sauce, handling the messy real-world stuff others dodge.
Google failed in the phone industry a number of times. Apple doesnt even make the iPhone.
True, Google's hardware attempts like the Pixel have been hit-or-miss, and Apple's all about outsourcing to Foxconn. Tesla's in-house manufacturing gives them control others lack – no wonder they're ahead in EVs
