The Power of Attack Speed

The attribute that I think is most important for a monster in Splinterlands is attack speed because it will define which monster will attack first and also the monster's chances of evading attacks.
When it comes to attack speed, one of my favorite summoners is Conqueror Jacek, he will increase the speed of all my monsters by +2 and will also grant all of them the abilities Scattershot and Piercing.
Scattershot - With this ability the monster will randomly attack enemy monsters. This ability only affects monsters with magic attacks and ranged attacks, monsters with melee attacks will attack normally.
Piercing - With this ability the monster will cause excess damage to the armor in the enemy monster's life, this means that if an enemy monster has 2 armor and your monster with the ability Piercing causes 4 damage, then the enemy monster's armor will be destroyed and it will still receive 2 damage in its life.
When I use the summoner Conqueror Jacek, I like to use monsters that increase the speed of my monsters even more because the more speed the better (except in the Reverse Speed rule).

Link to the Battle
This battle is a good example of my strategy with Conqueror Jacek, in it there are 3 rules which are: Unprotected, Maneuvers and Close Range.

Unprotected - In this rule all monsters lose their armor, this means that any base armor or armor received by abilities will be destroyed immediately as soon as the battle begins.

Maneuvers - in this rule all monsters will receive the ability Reach, this means that with this ability monsters with melee attack will be able to attack in second position.

Close Range - In this rule, all monsters will receive the Close ability, which means that monsters with ranged attacks will be able to attack in the first position.
My main strategy for this battle is to increase the speed of my monsters as much as possible and decrease the speed of my opponent's monsters. To do this, I selected 3 monsters: Scavo Chemist, Supply Runner and Countess Sinash.
Scavo Chemist - This monster has the Slow ability, which means that it will reduce the speed of all my opponent's monsters by -1 while he is in battle.
Supply Runner - This monster has the Swiftness ability, which means that it will increase the speed of all my monsters by +1 while he is in battle.
Countess Sinash - This monster has the Swiftness ability, which means that it will increase the speed of all my monsters by +1 while he is in battle.
With these buffs and debuffs, I will have a good advantage over my opponent since the chances of my monsters attacking first are high.

Although my opponent also used a strategy somewhat similar to mine, I emerged victorious because my monsters had more attack speed and this meant they had more chances of attacking first and evading attacks.
