The Power of Attack Speed ​​with the Fire Deck

One of my favorite strategies in Splinterlands is to increase the speed of my monsters and for this the fire deck is my favorite choice because it has the summoner Conqueror Jacek.

If you don't know the summoner Conqueror Jacek then I will give you a brief explanation about this incredible card.

Conqueror Jacek will increase the speed of all allied monsters by +2 and grant them the abilities Scattershot and Piercing.

Scattershot - This ability makes the monster with magic attack or ranged attack attack enemy monsters randomly.

Piercing - This ability causes the excess damage caused to armor to be caused to the monster's health.

The Scattershot ability may seem like it puts your monsters at a disadvantage but it is very useful because it gives allied monsters the chance to destroy the backline of enemy monsters and this ability becomes even more incredible when there is the Weaponry Explosive rule in battle.

To show how important speed is and how Conqueror Jacek is a great choice, I'll demonstrate its usefulness through a battle.

This is the battle I'll use as an example and, just like me, my opponent also used the Conqueror Jacek summoner, so this will be a battle of speed.

Now I'll explain the function of each card I used in this battle.

Conqueror Jacek - This was the summoner I selected for the battle and I already explained about it at the beginning of this post.

Arkemis the Bear - This monster is an excellent defense for the first position, it has a lot of life so it won't be defeated easily and it has the Protect ability that will grant +2 armor to all my monsters, so it's an excellent choice for battles.

Primastic Energy - This monster is my backup defense in the battle since it is in second position and I selected it because it is an excellent defense against monsters with magical attacks since it has the Void Ability and the Magic Reflect ability.

Venari Spellsmith - The reason I chose this monster is because there is the Briar Patch rule in the battle and this means that all monsters will receive the Thorns ability, so Venari Spellsmith will be useful since the Amplify ability it has will increase the damage caused by the Thorns ability, but unfortunately my opponent did not use any monsters with melee attacks so this monster will not be very useful in this battle.

Doctor Blight - This monster is one of the main stars in this battle because it always gains +1 life when a monster is defeated and because of this it became one of the reasons I was able to emerge victorious because it accumulated a lot of life and became a great defense.

Supply Runner - This monster has 2 important functions, the first is to increase the speed of all my monsters by +1 with its Swiftness ability and the second is to increase the life of all my monsters by +1 with its Strengthen ability.

Countess Sinash - Just like the Supply Runner, this monster will increase the speed of all my monsters by +1 with its Swiftness ability.

I have to admit that this was not an easy battle, but choosing this strategy was the right decision because I believe that if I had chosen another the result would have been different and I would probably have been defeated in the battle. Part of this result was luck and for that reason it was an entertaining battle to watch.
