Processing fresh palm fruit at the Satiaagung factory

On this occasion I would like to share several photos that I took yesterday afternoon at a Satiaagung factory of fresh palm fruit.
I will discuss fresh palm fruit and palm oil processing in factories.

The Aceh Province Palm Oil TBS Price Determination Team discussed the K index proposal from plantation companies members of the Palm Oil TBS Price Determination Team. Determination of prices for palm oil FFB produced by growers is guided by the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 01/PERMENTAN/KB.120/1/2018 concerning Guidelines for Determining Purchase Prices for Fresh Fruit Bunches of Palm Oil Produced by Growers which aims to provide protection to growers in obtaining a fair price for FFB and Limiting unhealthy business competition between plantation companies.

Based on the K index proposal submitted by the Plantation Company, the price for FFB for 3 years of age is Rp. 1,681.89/kg and for ages over 10 years is Rp. 2,160.63/kg. Based on the K index calculation for December 2024, the lowest K index proposed by PT. SATIAAGUNG was 82.64%, while the highest K index proposal was by PT. Sumber Indah Perkasa is 86.56%.

Present at the meeting were officers from the Aceh Provincial Plantation Service, the Department that handles Palm Oil in the Regency, Representatives of Palm Oil Plantation Companies, as well as the Management of Palm Oil-based KUDs.
