Palm fruit processing process.
Today I want to discuss the process of falling palm fruit, also known as brondolan fruit, which needs to be processed at the factory.
Palm brondolan is boiled at a temperature of 80-100 degrees Celsius. After cooking, the loose fruit that turns soft is immediately put into a pressing machine to separate the liquid ingredients from the palm husk fibers. This liquid material is then cooked at high temperature until CPO comes out.
Waste produced from the palm oil processing process can be reprocessed into useful products. For example, dried palm fruit husks can be used as fuel for CPO processing machines. The solid waste is processed as fertilizer.
