Vivir bajo la Gracia de Dios. || To live under the Grace of God.

The first step to living under God's protection, under the grace of God, is to trust in Christ, in His sacrifice, and in the promise of a new life.

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

Ephesians 2:8-9

Let's imagine a time before the conversion of the Apostle Paul. If someone had said that he would be the person who would impact the world for the glory of the Lord Jesus, I'm sure many people would have laughed, having already overlooked it, not even imagining it.

I said, “Lord, they know that in every synagogue I imprisoned and flogged those who believed in you. 20 And when the blood of Stephen, your witness, was shed, I stood by and approved of his death, and I guarded the clothes of those who were killing him.”

Acts 22:19-20

The life of the Apostle Paul is a demonstration of God's infinite grace, and this can impact anyone, since no sin, no matter how great, is beyond God's forgiveness. Life isn't simply about adding good works; being a Christian is fundamentally about receiving God's grace, being completely forgiven, and receiving a new nature in Christ. Little by little, changes occur from within, manifesting the life of Christ. We can illustrate this with the example of the butterfly and its metamorphosis. When it's a caterpillar, it's different and acts differently outwardly, but the change begins from within until it becomes what it will be: a physically completely different creature, with characteristics very different from its previous state.

As believers, we also undergo metamorphosis, which can manifest in different areas of our lives. Our attitudes can change because the salvation that comes from the life of Christ, through faith, transforms our lives completely. We learn to be more understanding and compassionate toward others. The forgiveness of our Lord Jesus Christ gives us a sense of belonging and compels us to love and serve Him, not only Him but also others, so that we may share the Lord's love and grace with all humanity.

Sin has its consequences, but God has forgiven us and redeemed us through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. This allows our relationship with God to be completely different since we have accepted that forgiveness. From then on, we are children of God and reflect His nature. God's grace is unfathomable and inexhaustible, and we have the opportunity to choose to live by grace from this very moment. What is your decision?

El primer paso para vivir bajo la cobertura, bajo la gracia de Dios es confiar en Cristo, en su sacrificio y la promesa de una nueva vida.

8 Porque por gracia sois salvos por medio de la fe; y esto no de vosotros, pues es don de Dios; 9 no por obras, para que nadie se gloríe.

Efesios 2:8-9

Imaginemos un poco antes de la conversión del apóstol Pablo, si alguien hubiera dicho que él sería la persona que impactaría al mundo para la gloria del señor Jesús estoy seguro de que muchísimas personas se habrían reído ya habían pasado por alto, ni se lo imaginarían.

Yo dije: Señor, ellos saben que yo encarcelaba y azotaba en todas las sinagogas a los que creían en ti; 20 y cuando se derramaba la sangre de Esteban tu testigo, yo mismo también estaba presente, y consentía en su muerte, y guardaba las ropas de los que le mataban.

Hechos 22:19-20

La vida del apóstol Pablo es una demostración de la infinita gracia de Dios y que esto puede impactar a cualquier persona ya que ningún pecado por más grande que sea está fuera del perdón de Dios. La vida no se trata simplemente de añadir buenas obras, ser cristiano se trata básicamente de recibir la gracia de Dios siendo totalmente perdonados Y recibiendo una nueva naturaleza en Cristo, poco a poco se van produciendo los cambios desde nuestro interior manifestando esa vida de Cristo. Para ello podemos graficarlo con el ejemplo de la mariposa, su metamorfosis, cuando ésta es una oruga es diferente y actúa diferente por fuera, pero el cambio comienza producirse por dentro hasta convertirse en lo que será, una criatura físicamente totalmente diferente, con características muy diferentes a las de su estado anterior.

Como creyentes también sufrimos metamorfosis que se puede manifestar en diferentes áreas de nuestras vidas. Pueden cambiar nuestras actitudes ya que la salvación que produce la vida de Cristo nosotros por la fe transforma nuestras vidas por completo, aprendemos a ser más comprensivos y compasivos con las personas. El perdón de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo nos da un sentido de pertenencia y nos impulsa a amarle y a servirle no sólo a él sino a los demás para compartir con toda la humanidad del amor y gracia del Señor.

El pecado tiene sus consecuencias, pero Dios nos ha perdonado y nos ha redimido por medio del sacrificio de Jesucristo y esto permite que nuestra relación con Dios sea totalmente diferente desde que hemos aceptado ese perdón, de ahí somos hijos de Dios y reflejamos su naturaleza, la gracia de Dios es insondable e inagotable y tenemos la oportunidad de decidir vivir por gracia desde este mismo momento ¿cuál es tu decisión?.
