God fervently desires our transformation, so much so that our actions take a backseat.
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing power may be of God and not of us, 8 who are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; perplexed, yet not in despair; 9 persecuted, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed; 10 always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our bodies. 11 For we who live are always being delivered to death for Jesus' sake, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12 So death is at work in us, but life in you.
13 But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written: "I believed, therefore I spoke," we also believe, therefore we also speak, 14 knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you. 15 For all these things we suffer for your sakes, so that grace, having been extended through many, may give thanksgiving overflowing to the glory of God.
16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though our outward man is perishing, yet our inward man is being renewed day by day. 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. 18 We look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are unseen are eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:7-18
Perhaps there is one, and I believe it may be the greatest obstacle to understanding God's purpose in good situations and in times of brokenness: many people, even many Christians, think that Christianity is reduced to specific activities. We are constantly insisting that we must pray, we must read the Bible, we must also congregate together with other Christians, worship God, get to know Him more and more, contribute with offerings, give our tithes to God, and much more. Many think that the Christian life is reduced to these and other actions.
But if we believe that the Christian life is only about fulfilling some obligations, we are very wrong, since the Christian life consists of a permanent transformation, much more representative than our actions. God has allowed the sacrifice of Jesus Christ to dwell in our hearts through faith, and thus we are transformed from the inside out, evidencing the work of Christ in our lives.
6 Whoever says he abides in him ought himself to walk just as he walked.
1 John 2:6
Seeing all of this in this way, understanding what God desires for us to completely transform our lives, we will even better understand everything we must endure. We begin to understand that God's work is a work of re-creation in our lives, minute by minute we are transformed into the very image of the Lord. From this perspective, the suffering, trials, or brokenness we go through day after day begins to make much more sense. This entire process that God uses, even with what we don't like, is to give us spiritual growth through daily transformation.
God desires to be the center of our lives. He desires Jesus to be like the sun and everything else surrounding the person of Jesus. That is why everything we place our trust in is challenged before the presence of God so that in this way we can live day by day in total dependence on God. Today is the day for us to surrender our lives and our will be to follow in His footsteps.

Dios desea fervientemente nuestra transformación, tal es así que nuestras acciones pasan a segundo plano.
7 Pero tenemos este tesoro en vasos de barro, para que la excelencia del poder sea de Dios, y no de nosotros, 8 que estamos atribulados en todo, mas no angustiados; en apuros, mas no desesperados; 9 perseguidos, mas no desamparados; derribados, pero no destruidos; 10 llevando en el cuerpo siempre por todas partes la muerte de Jesús, para que también la vida de Jesús se manifieste en nuestros cuerpos. 11 Porque nosotros que vivimos, siempre estamos entregados a muerte por causa de Jesús, para que también la vida de Jesús se manifieste en nuestra carne mortal. 12 De manera que la muerte actúa en nosotros, y en vosotros la vida.
13 Pero teniendo el mismo espíritu de fe, conforme a lo que está escrito: Creí, por lo cual hablé, nosotros también creemos, por lo cual también hablamos, 14 sabiendo que el que resucitó al Señor Jesús, a nosotros también nos resucitará con Jesús, y nos presentará juntamente con vosotros. 15 Porque todas estas cosas padecemos por amor a vosotros, para que abundando la gracia por medio de muchos, la acción de gracias sobreabunde para gloria de Dios.
16 Por tanto, no desmayamos; antes aunque este nuestro hombre exterior se va desgastando, el interior no obstante se renueva de día en día. 17 Porque esta leve tribulación momentánea produce en nosotros un cada vez más excelente y eterno peso de gloria; 18 no mirando nosotros las cosas que se ven, sino las que no se ven; pues las cosas que se ven son temporales, pero las que no se ven son eternas.

Quizás existe uno y creo que puede ser el mayor obstáculo para entender el propósito de Dios en las buenas situaciones y en los momentos de quebrantamiento, es que muchas personas incluso muchos cristianos piensan que el cristianismo se reduce actividades específicas. Constantemente estamos insistiendo en que debemos orar, debemos leer la biblia, también debemos congregarnos junto con otros cristianos, junto adorar a Dios conocerle más y más, ayudar con ofrendas, entregar nuestros diezmos a Dios y mucho más, muchos piensan que la vida cristiana se reduce a estas y otras acciones.
Pero si creemos que la vida cristiana se trata solamente de cumplir algunas obligaciones, estamos muy equivocados ya que la vida cristiana consta de una transformación permanente, mucho más representativo que nuestras acciones. Dios nos ha permitido que el sacrificio de Jesucristo permitiste que el mismo habitas en nuestros corazones por la fe y así seamos transformados de adentro para afuera evidenciando la obra de Cristo en nuestras vidas.
6 El que dice que permanece en él, debe andar como él anduvo.
1 Juan 2:6
Ver todo esto de esta manera entendiendo lo que Dios desea para nosotros transformar a nuestra vida por completo, inclusive entenderemos mucho mejor todo aquello que debemos soportar, comenzamos a entender que el trabajo de Dios es un trabajo de recreación en nuestras vidas, minuto a minuto somos transformados a la misma imagen del señor. Desde esta perspectiva el sufrimiento, las pruebas o el quebrantamiento que vamos atravesando día tras día comienza a tener mucho más sentido. Todo este proceso que Dios utiliza aún con aquello que no nos gusta es para darnos un crecimiento espiritual por medio de la transformación diaria.
Dios desea ser el centro de nuestras vidas, desea que Jesús sea como el sol y el resto todo lo que rodea a la persona de Jesús. Es por ello que en todo aquello que nosotros ponemos nuestra confianza se ve desafiado ante la presencia de Dios para que de esta manera podamos vivir día a día en total dependencia de Dios, hoy es el día para que entreguemos nuestra vida y nuestra voluntad sea seguir sus pasos.
