We all have different personalities, different temperaments, and circumstances in which we live daily, yet we can all develop the ability to speak about Jesus Christ to others and make His grace known.
The next day John was standing there again with two of his disciples. 36 And looking at Jesus as He walked, he said, "Behold, the Lamb of God!" 37 The two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus. 38 Then Jesus turned and saw them following him, and said to them, "What do you seek?" They said to him, "Rabbi" (which is translated, "Teacher"), "where are you staying?" 39 He said to them, "Come and see." They went and saw where He was staying, and they stayed with Him that day; for it was about the tenth hour. 40 Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, was one of the two who had heard John speak and followed Jesus. 41 He first found his brother Simon and said to him, "We have found the Messiah" (which means "the Christ"). 42 And he brought him to Jesus. And Jesus looked at him and said, "You are Simon, son of Jonah; you will be called Cephas" (which means "Peter").
John 1:35-42
The disciple Andrew was a kind of recruiter, and we see that he brought people to Jesus Christ. Afterward, he sought out his brother Simon and took him directly to introduce him to Jesus Christ.
He first found his brother Simon and said to him, "We have found the Messiah" (which means "the Christ").
John 1:41
Then, when Andrew was standing before a very hungry crowd, he found a child among them with five loaves of bread and two fish. What did he do? He took him directly to Jesus. He did the same thing when there were Greeks who wanted to meet Andrew, Philip, and Jesus himself. The fact that men do these things shows us the importance Jesus Christ had for him and, above all, the importance he understood that people should know Jesus first.
20 Now there were some Greeks among those who had come up to worship at the feast. 21 So these came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and asked him, "Sir, we wish to see Jesus." 22 Philip went and told Andrew; then Andrew and Philip told Jesus.
John 12:20-22
At one point they asked, "Rabbi, where are you staying?" This shows us that Andrew asked this question to spend time with them and learn more about him. This teaches us a great lesson; it teaches us that having communion or a relationship with the Lord is not limited only to those moments of devotionals or church services. This teaches us that we can have a moment with the Lord anywhere and in any situation, and above all, it motivates us to share this same experience with others, that others can also have the same relationship and communion with the Lord. We can follow the clear example of Andrew, who never hesitated to connect Jesus Christ with people. This is a great example for us to connect people with the person of Jesus Christ, and that every moment is an opportunity to do so.
As Jesus walked by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.
Matthew 4:18
Let us remember the moment Andrew responded to that call to be a disciple. Immediately the Lord Jesus Christ told him, "I would not be a fisher of fish, but a fisher of men." It is important that we learn to share this same goal as the disciple Andrew. We are all different, but we have the same opportunities to present Christ and his grace available to all humanity. Todos tenemos diferentes personalidades, diferentes temperamentos y circunstancias en las que vivimos a diario, aún así todos podemos desarrollar la capacidad de hablar de Jesucristo a otras personas y dar a conocer su gracia.
El siguiente día otra vez estaba Juan, y dos de sus discípulos. 36 Y mirando a Jesús que andaba por allí, dijo: He aquí el Cordero de Dios. 37 Le oyeron hablar los dos discípulos, y siguieron a Jesús. 38 Y volviéndose Jesús, y viendo que le seguían, les dijo: ¿Qué buscáis? Ellos le dijeron: Rabí (que traducido es, Maestro), ¿dónde moras? 39 Les dijo: Venid y ved. Fueron, y vieron donde moraba, y se quedaron con él aquel día; porque era como la hora décima. 40 Andrés, hermano de Simón Pedro, era uno de los dos que habían oído a Juan, y habían seguido a Jesús. 41 Este halló primero a su hermano Simón, y le dijo: Hemos hallado al Mesías (que traducido es, el Cristo). 42 Y le trajo a Jesús. Y mirándole Jesús, dijo: Tú eres Simón, hijo de Jonás; tú serás llamado Cefas[a] (que quiere decir, Pedro).

El discípulo Andrés era una especie de reclutador y vemos que llevaba personas delante de Jesucristo, después de él buscó a su hermano Simón y lo llevó directamente a presentarle a Jesucristo.
Este halló primero a su hermano Simón, y le dijo: Hemos hallado al Mesías (que traducido es, el Cristo).

Después cuando Andrés estaba delante de una multitud que tenía mucho hambre, encontró entre ellos a un niño con cinco panes y dos peces, ¿qué hizo? Lo llevo directo a Jesús. Lo mismo hizo cuando habían griegos que querían conocer a Andrés, a Felipe ya mismo Jesús. Haz estas acciones por parte de hombres nos demuestra la importancia que tenía Jesucristo para él y sobre todo la importancia que él entendía que las personas debían conocer a Jesús en primer lugar.
20 Había ciertos griegos entre los que habían subido a adorar en la fiesta. 21 Estos, pues, se acercaron a Felipe, que era de Betsaida de Galilea, y le rogaron, diciendo: Señor, quisiéramos ver a Jesús. 22 Felipe fue y se lo dijo a Andrés; entonces Andrés y Felipe se lo dijeron a Jesús.
Juan 12:20-22
En un momento preguntaron "Rabí, ¿dónde moras?" Esto nos muestra que Andrés hacía esta pregunta para pasar tiempo con ellos y aprender más y más de él. Esto nos da una gran lección, nos enseña que tener comunión o una relación con el señor no está limitado solamente en esos momentos de Devocionales o de cultos en la iglesia. Esto nos enseña que podemos tener un momento con el señor en cualquier lugar y situación y sobre todo nos motiva a que podamos compartir con otros esto mismo, que otros también pueden tener la misma relación y comunión con el señor. Podemos seguir el claro ejemplo de Andrés que en ningún momento dudaba de conectar a Jesucristo con las personas, este es un gran ejemplo para que nosotros conectemos a las personas con la persona de Jesucristo y que en todo momento es una oportunidad para hacerlo.
Andando Jesús junto al mar de Galilea, vio a dos hermanos, Simón, llamado Pedro, y Andrés su hermano, que echaban la red en el mar; porque eran pescadores.
Mateo 4:18
Recordemos el momento en el que Andrés respondió a ese llamado de ser discípulo, inmediatamente el señor Jesucristo le dijo que yo no sería pescador de peces sería un pescador de hombres. Es importante que aprendamos a compartir este mismo objetivo que el discípulo Andrés, somos todos diferentes pero tenemos las mismas oportunidades para presentar a Cristo y su gracia disponible para toda la humanidad ¿lo harías?.
