The body of each of God's children is a temple of God, which is why it is important to care for it and honor God with our decisions.
19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

God formed us in our mothers' wombs. He made each of us with great care and attention to detail. We are very precious in God's eyes, and our room is also of utmost importance and high value. Let us always remember that the beginning of the Bible tells us that we have been made in the image and likeness of God. We are the masterpiece of creation, and God has entrusted us with many things, especially the care of our bodies.
For you formed my inmost being;
You made me in my mother's womb.
Psalm 139:13
It's similar to any other resource, such as relationships or even money. God expects us to make the best decisions and to manage our Facebook page as one of the most important and valuable resources we have.
The apostle Paul paints a clear picture when he writes to the Corinthians in his first letter, showing how Christians at that time mistreated their bodies. Some were involved in practices that were not acceptable, such as inappropriate sexual practices and gluttony. This happened because they had a low esteem for the physical body. Although they separated it from the spiritual life, they considered it as nothing, believing they could do whatever they wanted with their bodies, mistreating them and indulging in abuse, and still consider themselves good Christians.
16 Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
1 Corinthians 3:16
Paul warns us in chapter three, reminding us that we are God's temple and that the Holy Spirit dwells in us. This is a key reminder and makes us reflect on how valuable it is to keep our bodies in the best condition, just like God's temple. If you have now received Jesus Christ as your only and sufficient Savior, you must keep in mind that you are now God's temple, and it is important that you take care of them, even though this also affects our relationship with God and with other people.

El cuerpo de cada uno de los hijos de Dios es un templo de Dios es por eso la importancia de deber cuidarlo y honrar a Dios con nuestras decisiones.
19 ¿O ignoráis que vuestro cuerpo es templo del Espíritu Santo, el cual está en vosotros, el cual tenéis de Dios, y que no sois vuestros? 20 Porque habéis sido comprados por precio; glorificad, pues, a Dios en vuestro cuerpo y en vuestro espíritu, los cuales son de Dios.

Dios nos ha formado en el vientre de nuestras madres, lo ha hecho con gran cuidado y detalle a cada uno de nosotros, somos muy valiosos a los ojos de Dios y también nuestro cuarto es de suma importancia y de alto valor. Recordemos siempre que es el principio de la Biblia nos habla que hemos sido hecho a imagen y semejanza de Dios, somos la obra maestra de la creación y Dios nos ha confiado muchísimas cosas sobre todo el cuidado de nuestros cuerpos.
Porque tú formaste mis entrañas;
Tú me hiciste en el vientre de mi madre.

Es similar a cualquier otro recurso como las relaciones o también el dinero, Dios espera de nosotros que tomemos las mejores decisiones y que manejemos nuestro Facebook como uno de los recursos más importantes y más valiosos que tenemos.
El apóstol Pablo presenta una clara imagen cuando escribe a los hermanos de Corinto en su primera carta, muestran como en ese momento los cristianos maltrataban sus cuerpos. Algunos estaban involucrados en prácticas que no eran aceptables como prácticas sexuales inapropiadas como también la glotonería. Esto sucedía porque tenían una Baja estima del cuerpo físico, si bien separaban estos de la vida espiritual los consideraban como nada ya que creían que podían hacer lo que querían con su cuerpo, maltratarlo y entregarse a abusos y seguir considerando ser buenos cristianos.
16 ¿No sabéis que sois templo de Dios, y que el Espíritu de Dios mora en vosotros?
1 Corintios 3:16
Pablo unos advierte en el capítulo tres recordándonos que somos templo de Dios y que el Espíritu Santo mora en nosotros. Éste es un recordatorio clave y nos hace reflexionar acerca de cuán valioso es mantener nuestro cuerpo en las más óptimas condiciones así como el templo de Dios. Si tú ahora ha recibido Jesucristo como único y suficiente Salvador, debes tener en cuenta que ahora eres templo de Dios y es importante que lo cuides aunque esto también afecta nuestra relación con Dios y con los demás personas.
