At some point in our lives, we have all had some kind of doubt regarding our relationship with God. Today, we must simply trust the Holy Scriptures and thus find security and strength in their words.
Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in themselves; whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God gave about his Son. 11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.
The Knowledge of Eternal Life
13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life, and so that you may believe in the name of the Son of God. 14 And this is the confidence we have in him: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests we have asked of him.
1 John 5:10-15
He has left us the Word to be a kind of manual for life. Through the Bible, we can know him better and live in a way that glorifies him. God faithfully desires that through his teachings we know how to relate to him and how to apply that word in our lives. Through all of this, the Lord faithfully desires that we place all our trust in him, in his word.
Even with all of this, there are forces that are not hidden, that try to break or diminish that trust in the Lord. Many of us, at some point, have experienced that beautiful feeling of taking each step with joy and certainty regarding our salvation, toward the Christian life, until at one point we stumble into sin. Those moments seem to take over us. The feeling of guilt invades us, making us think things like: "If I had been a true Christian, I wouldn't have committed such a sin." A feeling of shame and regret invades us, and we see our faith hanging by a thread.
13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. For he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears, he will speak; and he will tell you what is yet to come.
John 16:13
The Lord desires us to live and act based on the truth of the Holy Scriptures, not based on our thoughts or feelings. Let us always remember that when our feelings contradict the truths of God written in His Word, we must simply trust in what is written in the Bible, in the truth of God.
If at this moment your feelings are trying to steal your trust in God, in eternal salvation, let us read in the Word of God that this same Word has been written so that we may have confidence and certainty that we have eternal life. Let us submit our feelings to the light of the Word today and find certainty and security that we can only find in the truths of God.

Todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos tenido cierto tipo de duda con respecto a nuestra relación con Dios, hoy nosotros simplemente debemos confiar en las sagradas escrituras y así encontrar la seguridad y la fortaleza en sus palabras.
El que cree en el Hijo de Dios, tiene el testimonio en sí mismo; el que no cree a Dios, le ha hecho mentiroso, porque no ha creído en el testimonio que Dios ha dado acerca de su Hijo. 11 Y este es el testimonio: que Dios nos ha dado vida eterna; y esta vida está en su Hijo. 12 El que tiene al Hijo, tiene la vida; el que no tiene al Hijo de Dios no tiene la vida.
El conocimiento de la vida eterna
13 Estas cosas os he escrito a vosotros que creéis en el nombre del Hijo de Dios, para que sepáis que tenéis vida eterna, y para que creáis en el nombre del Hijo de Dios. 14 Y esta es la confianza que tenemos en él, que si pedimos alguna cosa conforme a su voluntad, él nos oye. 15 Y si sabemos que él nos oye en cualquiera cosa que pidamos, sabemos que tenemos las peticiones que le hayamos hecho.
1 Juan 5:10-15
Nos ha dejado la palabra para que sea una especie de manual de vida, a través de la biblia podemos conocerle más y vivir de manera que el glorifique. Dios desea fielmente que través de sus enseñanzas sepamos cómo relacionarlo con él y cómo aplicar esa palabra en nuestras vidas, a través de todo esto el señor desea fielmente que pongamos toda nuestra confianza en él, en su palabra.
Aún así con todo esto, existen fuerzas que no son ocultas, que intentan romper o disminuir esa confianza hacia el señor. Mucho de nosotros en algún momento hemos experimentado esa hermosa sensación de dar cada paso con gozo y seguridad con respecto a nuestra salvación, a la vida cristiana, hasta que en un momento tropezamos con el pecado. Esos momentos pareciera que se quieren apoderar de nosotros, el sentimiento de culpa nos invade haciéndonos pensar en cosas como lo siguiente: "si hubiese sido salgo o verdaderamente cristiano no habría cometido tal pecado" nos invade una sensación de vergüenza y arrepentimiento, vemos nuestra fe pendiendo de un hilo.
13 Pero cuando venga el Espíritu de verdad, él os guiará a toda la verdad; porque no hablará por su propia cuenta, sino que hablará todo lo que oyere, y os hará saber las cosas que habrán de venir.
Juan 16:13
El señor desea que vivamos y actuemos basados en la verdad de las sagradas escrituras, no basados en nuestros pensamientos o sentimientos. Recordemos siempre que cuando nuestro sentimiento contradigan a las verdades de Dios escritas en su palabra, simplemente debemos confiar en lo que está escrito en la Biblia, en la verdad de Dios.
Si en estos momentos tus sentimientos están intentando robar tu confianza en Dios, en la salvación eterna, leemos en la palabra de Dios que esta misma ha sido escrita para que tengamos confianza y certeza en que tenemos vida eterna, sometamos hoy nuestros sentimientos a la luz de la palabra y encontremos certeza y seguridad que sólo podemos hallar el verdades de Dios.
13 Estas cosas os he escrito a vosotros que creéis en el nombre del Hijo de Dios, para que sepáis que tenéis vida eterna, y para que creáis en el nombre del Hijo de Dios.

@uyoho Esta línea parece sencilla, muchos creyeron que parte de la salvación que tenemos en Jesucristo es una gran experiencia sobrenatural, (Cada persona tiene su experiencia), La salvación también es parte de ese cambio contínuo, sobretodo en las actitudes y formas de ver las cosas, la vida. Un crecimiento contínuo y madurez. Saludos!
