Hay momentos que debemos enfrentar la soledad ¿Cómo hacerlo? || There are times when we must face loneliness. How do we do it?

The Lord Jesus Christ has made our total reconciliation possible through his sacrifice on the cross of Calvary, and now, thanks to that sacrifice, thanks to laying down his life for us, we are never alone again.

Lord, hear my prayer,
And let my cry come to you.
2 Hide not your face from me in the day of my trouble;
Incline your ear to me;
Hasten to me in the day when I call upon you.
3 For my days are consumed like smoke,
And my bones are burned like firebrands.
4 My heart is wounded, and dry like grass,
So I forget to eat my bread.
5 Because of the voice of my sighing,
My bones cleave to my flesh.
6 I am like a pelican in the wilderness;
I am like an owl in the wilderness;
7 I watch, and I am
Like a bird alone on the housetop.

Psalm 102:1-7

Sometimes, especially when times are very difficult, we ask ourselves, "What can I do when I feel lonely or need company?" The first thing we should consider in these moments is to turn directly to the Lord. This can shed light on our path through the darkness. To do this, we can put the following points into practice:

He will call on me, and I will answer him;

I will be with him in trouble;

I will deliver him and honor him.

Psalm 91:15

We must learn to know ourselves and thus admit that we sometimes feel lonely. Being Christian children of God does not mean we will never experience that feeling of loneliness. We can read through the psalms and read of David's longing for the Lord's company. We can cry out to God and express our feelings as they are, and we can be confident that God will answer us. Let us ask the Lord to wrap us in His arms of love, and we will experience God's response.

It is also important that we take care of our relationships. That is, we must pray and practice piety, seeking to develop relationships with people who guide us and point us toward the Lord, both in good times and bad, people who can see our faults and help us along the way with love.

We cannot lose sight of the habit of reading and meditating on the Word of God. When we cling to biblical truth, we are learning and expanding not only our understanding but also increasing our faith in the Lord. On plain paper, we will read the Word of God, and above all, His promise to us.

Each of us will, at some point, pass through a valley of shadow and death, valleys of loneliness. But God guarantees and promises that you are the light that will show us the way out. If at this moment we are struggling with any feeling that generates loneliness, cry out to the Lord and He will deliver you.

El señor Jesucristo ha hecho posible nuestra total reconciliación a través de su sacrificio en la cruz del calvario y ahora gracias a ese sacrificio gracias a poner su vida por nosotros nunca más estamos solos.

Jehová, escucha mi oración,

Apresúrate a responderme el día que te invocare.

Salmos 102:1-7

En ocasiones, sobre todo cuando los tiempos son muy difíciles nos preguntamos lo siento ¿qué puedo hacer cuando siento soledad o necesito compañía?, Lo primero que debemos considerar en estos momento es acudir directamente al señor y esto puede dar luz para encontrar nuestro camino a través de la oscuridad, para eso podemos poner en práctica los siguientes puntos:

Me invocará, y yo le responderé;
Con él estaré yo en la angustia;
Lo libraré y le glorificaré.

Salmos 91:15

Debemos aprender a conocernos y de esa manera admitir que tenemos en algunas ocasiones sentimientos de soledad o sea que ser cristiano hijos de Dios no significa que nunca tendremos ese sentimiento de soledad. Podemos recorrer los salmos y leer del anhelo de David por la compañía del señor. Nosotros podemos clamar a Dios y expresar nuestros sentimientos tal cual son y tenemos seguridad en que Dios nos responderá. Pidamos al señor que nos envuelva con sus brazos de amor y podremos experimentar la respuesta de Dios.

Es importante también que cuidemos nuestras relaciones, es decir: debemos orar y practicar la piedad, buscar desarrollar relaciones con personas que nos guíen y nos dirijan hacia el señor ya sea en los momentos buenos como los momentos malos, personas que puedan ver nuestras fallas y que nos ayuden en el camino con amor.

No podemos perder de vista el hábito de la lectura y de la meditación en la palabra de Dios ya que cuando nos aferramos a la verdad bíblica estamos aprendiendo y ampliando no solamente nuestra comprensión sino aumentando nuestra fe por el señor. En papel mono de la palabra de Dios Y sobretodo de su promesa para nosotros.

Cada uno de nosotros en algún momento pasaremos por valle de sombra y de muerte, valles de soledad. Pero Dios nos garantiza y nos promete que eres la luz que nos diera a la salida. Si en este momento estamos luchando con algún sentimiento que genera soledad, clamé al señor que él te librará.
