Andemos en el Espíritu. || Let us walk in the Spirit.

God gives us everything we need through His Holy Spirit to follow Christ.

I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh. And these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are these: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, variance, jealousies, outbursts of anger, strife, dissensions, heresies, 21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: I forewarn you, as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law. 24 But those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.

Galatians 5.16-25

If we speak of one of the most precious gifts of the Lord for us, we can also put in first place the Holy Spirit of God that has given us his children so that he may dwell in us from which we are saved, strengthen us, guide us, reveal his word to us and enable us to overcome and live a full life in Jesus Christ.

But when the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me. 27 And you also will testify, because you have been with me from the beginning.

Jn 15.26-27

The power of the Holy Spirit can never be ignored and much less hindered, walking in the spirit means or is the result of living in trust in Jesus, the Holy Spirit guides us and we prepare our hearts and let ourselves be guided by him. When the Holy Spirit speaks we listen to him and pay attention to everything he warns us and everything he instructs us.

That path, although many times it becomes a little difficult, leads us to a full life. This supper is the one in which God guides us and also the one in which the Holy Spirit trains us daily by giving us absolutely everything we need to live a full life and bear fruit before God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23

The normal lifestyle of a child of God should always be guided by the Holy Spirit of God. We must consciously seek the presence of God at all times and as we do so daily we become more and more sensitive to the things of God, we understand all situations from God's perspective and thus we positively influence the lives of those around us.

Let us be wise enough to choose to live a life dependent on the Holy Spirit of God, let us begin today, let us learn to know His voice today through reading and studying the word of God and also in prayer. Let us focus all our thoughts asking God for the Holy Spirit to guide us and let us wait in His direction to make the best decisions.

Dios nos da todo lo que necesitamos por medio de su Espíritu Santo para seguir a Cristo.

Digo, pues: Andad en el Espíritu, y no satisfagáis los deseos de la carne. 17 Porque el deseo de la carne es contra el Espíritu, y el del Espíritu es contra la carne; y estos se oponen entre sí, para que no hagáis lo que quisiereis. 18 Pero si sois guiados por el Espíritu, no estáis bajo la ley. 19 Y manifiestas son las obras de la carne, que son: adulterio, fornicación, inmundicia, lascivia, 20 idolatría, hechicerías, enemistades, pleitos, celos, iras, contiendas, disensiones, herejías, 21 envidias, homicidios, borracheras, orgías, y cosas semejantes a estas; acerca de las cuales os amonesto, como ya os lo he dicho antes, que los que practican tales cosas no heredarán el reino de Dios. 22 Mas el fruto del Espíritu es amor, gozo, paz, paciencia, benignidad, bondad, fe, 23 mansedumbre, templanza; contra tales cosas no hay ley. 24 Pero los que son de Cristo han crucificado la carne con sus pasiones y deseos.
25 Si vivimos por el Espíritu, andemos también por el Espíritu.

Gálatas 5.16-25

Si hablamos de uno de los regalos más preciosos del señor para nosotros podemos poner en primer lugar también al espíritu Santo de Dios que nos ha dado a nosotros sus hijos para que more en nosotros a partir de qué somos salvos, nos fortalece, nos guía, nos revela su palabra y nos capacita para vencer y vivir una vida plena en Jesucristo.

Pero cuando venga el Consolador, a quien yo os enviaré del Padre, el Espíritu de verdad, el cual procede del Padre, él dará testimonio acerca de mí. 27 Y vosotros daréis testimonio también, porque habéis estado conmigo desde el principio.

Jn 15.26-27

El poder del espíritu Santo jamás puede ser ignorado y mucho menos estorbado, andar en el espíritu significa o es el resultado de vivir en confianza en Jesús, el espíritu Santo nos guía y nosotros disponemos nuestros corazones y nos dejamos guiar por él. Cuando el espíritu Santo habla nosotros le escuchamos y prestamos atención en todo lo que nos advierte y todo lo que nos instruye.

Esa senda aunque muchas veces se torna un poco difícil, si o si nos conduce a una vida plena, esta cena es aquella en la que Dios nos guía y también en la que el espíritu Santo nos capacita a diario dándonos absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos para vivir una vida plena y llevar fruto delante de Dios.

22 Mas el fruto del Espíritu es amor, gozo, paz, paciencia, benignidad, bondad, fe, 23 mansedumbre, templanza; contra tales cosas no hay ley.

Gálatas 5:22-23

El estilo de vida normal de un hijo de Dios debería ser siempre seriado por el espíritu Santo de Dios. Debemos concientemente buscar la presencia de Dios en todo momento y conforme lo hacemos a diario nos sensibilizamos mucho más y más en cuanto a las cosas de Dios, comprendemos todas las situaciones desde las perspectiva de Dios y así influimos positivamente en la vida de aquellos que nos rodean.

Seamos lo suficientemente sabios para optar vivir una vida dependiente del espíritu Santo de Dios, iniciemos hoy mismo, aprendamos a conocer su voz hoy a través de la lectura y estudio de la palabra de Dios y también en la oración. Enfoquemos todo nuestros pensamientos pidiéndole a Dios que el espíritu Santo nos guíe y esperemos en su dirección para tomar las mejores decisiones.
