Alabemos al Señor aún en medio de la aflicción. || Let us praise the Lord even in the midst of affliction.

These moments of difficulty are often accompanied by many negative emotions such as frustration, doubt, fear, and more. If we are dominated by these types of emotions, we tend to make bad decisions. That is why we need to react as David did; we must respond with a heart full of praise.

I will bless the Lord at all times;
His praise will continually be in my mouth.
2 My soul will boast in the Lord;
The humble will hear and be glad.
3 Make the Lord glorify me with me,
And let us exalt his name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears.
5 Those who looked to him were given light,
And their faces were not ashamed.
6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him,
And delivered him from all his troubles.
7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him,
and delivers them.
8 Taste and see that the Lord is good;
Happy is the man who trusts in him.
9 Fear the Lord, you his saints,
for those who fear him lack nothing.
10 The young lions are in need and go hungry,
but those who seek the Lord will lack no good thing.
11 Come, my children, listen to me;
I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
12 Who is the man who desires life,
who desires long days to see good?
13 Keep your tongue from evil,
and your lips from speaking deceit.
14 Depart from evil and do good;
seek peace and pursue it.
15 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears are open to their cry.
16 The wrath of the Lord is against those who do evil,
to cut off their memory from the earth.
17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears,
and delivers them out of all their troubles.
18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted,
and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
20 He preserves all his bones;
not one of them will be broken.
21 Evil will slay the wicked,
and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.
22 The Lord redeems the souls of his servants,
and none of them will be condemned.

Psalm 34

Even when we go through very difficult or challenging times, we find that worshiping God fills our hearts and minds with peace. All of this gives us a broader vision, allowing us to see how God sees us and what He is doing in our lives.

We always want the shortest path, the quickest, and easiest solution, but acting according to our own reasoning and decisions demonstrates a lack of spiritual maturity, and we need spiritual growth. It is important not to neglect our spiritual life or miss out on God's blessings. Let us follow God's plan.

It is not praise that protects us; it is faith and our eyes fixed on God through praise through faith that protect us and allow us to access God's blessings. We can always expect the best from God!

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

En esos momentos de dificultad suelen ir acompañados de muchas emociones negativas tal como frustración, duda, miedo y mas. Si estamos dominados por este tipo de emociones tendemos a tomar malas decisiones, es por esa razón que necesitamos reaccionar tal como lo hizo David, debemos responder con un corazón lleno de alabanza.

Bendeciré a Jehová en todo tiempo;
Su alabanza estará de continuo en mi boca.
2 En Jehová se gloriará mi alma;
Lo oirán los mansos, y se alegrarán.
3 Engrandeced a Jehová conmigo,
Y exaltemos a una su nombre.
4 Busqué a Jehová, y él me oyó,
Y me libró de todos mis temores.
5 Los que miraron a él fueron alumbrados,
Y sus rostros no fueron avergonzados.
6 Este pobre clamó, y le oyó Jehová,
Y lo libró de todas sus angustias.
7 El ángel de Jehová acampa alrededor de los que le temen,
Y los defiende.
8 Gustad, y ved que es bueno Jehová;
Dichoso el hombre que confía en él.
9 Temed a Jehová, vosotros sus santos,
Pues nada falta a los que le temen.
10 Los leoncillos necesitan, y tienen hambre;
Pero los que buscan a Jehová no tendrán falta de ningún bien.
11 Venid, hijos, oídme;
El temor de Jehová os enseñaré.
12 ¿Quién es el hombre que desea vida,
Que desea muchos días para ver el bien?
13 Guarda tu lengua del mal,
Y tus labios de hablar engaño.
14 Apártate del mal, y haz el bien;
Busca la paz, y síguela.
15 Los ojos de Jehová están sobre los justos,
Y atentos sus oídos al clamor de ellos.
16 La ira de Jehová contra los que hacen mal,
Para cortar de la tierra la memoria de ellos.
17 Claman los justos, y Jehová oye,
Y los libra de todas sus angustias.
18 Cercano está Jehová a los quebrantados de corazón;
Y salva a los contritos de espíritu.
19 Muchas son las aflicciones del justo,
Pero de todas ellas le librará Jehová.
20 Él guarda todos sus huesos;
Ni uno de ellos será quebrantado.
21 Matará al malo la maldad,
Y los que aborrecen al justo serán condenados.
22 Jehová redime el alma de sus siervos,Y no serán condenados cuantos en él confían.

Salmos 34

Aún cuando atravesamos momentos muy difíciles o de dificultad, encontramos en la adoración a Dios nos llena de paz el corazón y la mente, todo esto nos da una visión mas amplia y de esta manera poder ver como Dios ve y vemos lo que está haciendo en nuestras vidas.

Nosotros siempre queremos el camino mas corto, la solución mas rápida y lo mas fácil, pero conducirnos según nuestro razonamiento y nuestra decisión demuestran falta de madurez espiritual y necesitamos el crecimiento espiritual. Es importante no descuidar nuestra vida espiritual y tampoco perdernos de las bendiciones de Dios, sigamos el plan de Dios.

No es la alabanza lo que nos protege, es la fe y la vista puesta en Dios mediante la alabanza por medio de la fe lo que nos guarda y nos permite acceder a las bendiciones de Dios, podemos esperar siempre lo mejor de parte de Dios SIEMPRE!

Porque yo sé los pensamientos que tengo acerca de vosotros, dice Jehová, pensamientos de paz, y no de mal, para daros el fin que esperáis.

Jeremías 29:11
