I thought this whole thing with Celsius Network was over with long ago, but apparently not.

Alex Mashinsky got arrested

A year after the bankrupt Celsius, Alex Mashinsky got slap with a shit ton of charges for fraud.

Frauds:

Secruity Fraud
Commodities Fraud
Wire Fraud x2
Manipulate the CEL tokens price x3

^ Thats a lot of Fraud properly adding up to many fking years in prison if he doesn't just pay his way out x)

They also said, he earned $40 millions himself. So thats fun.

Well, I lost $1200 worth of crypto by being in Celsius. Not something that will bankrupt me, but many lost much much more.
Its crazy. But good to get a great ending to this shitshow :D

I'm sorry to hear that you lost money in Celsius. It's a shame that so many people were affected by this scam.

I'm glad that Alex Mashinsky has been arrested and charged with fraud. He deserves to be held accountable for his actions. I hope that the victims of Celsius will be able to recover their losses.

Alex seemed like such a good guy. That was properly the first red flag xD
Its just insane how much he earned himself, thats the fucked part.
If he lost like everybody else, alright then, but damn xD

I lost 0.002 DOGE when it shut down, having only opened it to try it out. I actually got a letter from overseas about it. He earned 40 millions... wtf...
