Greetings, Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!

It's Saturday, my favorite day of the week, because Saturday means Caturday, that day when we get to share pictures of the lives of our Feline friends!

Glad I'm inside!

Today was a very cold, rainy and windy day... the sort of day that really makes us cats grateful that we live lives as pampered housecats! I can't even imagine how miserable it would be to be a street cat today.

The Hoomans were busy today, with the Mom-Hooman having an online "workshop" scheduled and the Dad-Hooman acting as moderator and technical support for the event.

That was this morning, and I know everyone was grateful that the wind didn't cause the electricity and the Internet to go out!

The Son-Hooman is visiting from the Seattle this weekend, so there's an extra set of hands in the house to pay attention to the cats! Yay!

There were supposed to be out-of-town visitors today, with everyone going on a "haunted Halloween" tour through the old areas of our downtown this evening, but due to the nasty weather, it was canceled. Which is OK, by me!

So the evening was an at-home thing with food and a movie!

With Halloween just around the corner, we like to take a moment to put out our annual "Halloween Cat Advisory:"

If you have a black cat — or cats — in your life, please start keeping them inside all the time from a couple of days before Halloween to a couple of days after Halloween.

There are some sick and cruel Hoomans in the world who believe that black cats can be used in horrible rituals... and that should not be allowed. So keep your kitties safe!

Otherwise, all is going well in our little corner of the world!

All the cats are well, and the Mom-Hooman seems to finally have recovered fully from a rather long illness that lasted almost two months!

And we're happy for that!

Can't say I'm terribly impressed with the cryptosphere these days, although things seem to be a lot rougher for our own Hive token than for Bitcoin (for example).

Sometimes I wonder whether we'll ever dig out of this never-ending slump on Hive... I sure hope so.

Not going to worry too much about it, just going to keep sharing cat pictures!

Cat Photos by @andrarchy is a "mixed use" cat content community; posts can be just photos or longer, as long as the subject is CATS!

Cats by @captainklaus (and Sissi!) is another "general" cat content community.

There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!
