Last time I posted, I explored the many tiny ways we can make the most of our Hive experience... investing (and re-investing) tiny amounts of dividends we get from various projects and delegations.

Delegations of Layer 2 tokens (Hive-Engine) are one good way to get a few extra cents from tokens you might have staked but are not effectively curating with.

Yesterday, I got my first "reward" from delegating my staked BEE tokens to @bee.voter:

That's certainly a lot better than I typically get just via curation, so I consider this a "win."

These payouts are weekly, by the way.

Then today, I got my first reward for staking POB tokens to @pob.voter:

In a similar fashion, this is also a lot better than I would normally fare via my own curation... which yields about 5 POB tokens per day, or 35 POB per week... which translates as no more than about 0.4 Hive a week.

So that's another check in the "win" column.

But getting back to "new horizons," one of the things I have been looking into — in a preliminary way, anyway — is the #onebitcoinclub initiative I have been seeing occasionally in my feeds.

I really like the idea of adding a little BTC to my overall mix, but it looks like this one has quite the learning curve.

So there's going to be some "study time" there... and it serves (perhaps) as a reminder that one of my issues with crypto related things remains that initiatives are typically "too complicated" for anyone but a small group of hardcore developers and cryptomaniacs.

But I'm going to if I can Figure it out!

In the meantime, I will see what I can find that requires fewer wallets, cross-chain bridges and what have you!

Meanwhile, I have a few other things I have been involved with for a while, and plan to continue slowly building... helped along by being part of the #saturdaysavers, which offers a nice structured and supportive framework for the "get rich slowly" idea.

Again, here's another way to get a few cents, every week. Still building this!

Hive actually offers a lot of different ways to help folks build their stake, and I'm very appreciative of that, as I have never been — and have no interest in becoming — an active trader.
